Pros: Excellent location, a beautiful building and a spacious room. Professional staff - thank you again for handling the situation quickly and efficiently.

Cons: To be fair, I have to deduct 1 point. During the self check-in we had an unpleasant situation: the room was dirty because someone had mistakenly used it before our arrival. On the positive side, the staff responded extremely well despite the late hour (around 2 a.m.) - they remotely showed us where to find clean bedding, offered compensation, and the room was cleaned the next day.

Pleasant, confortable, and it is exactly as described and seen in the photos.

Pros: It is as beautiful as in the pictures. Good space. Extraordinarily clean. The location was perfect for the pilgrimage.

Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like.

Best place in Rome!

Pros: Everything was so great! All Clean and new, with great bathroom. But the high point is the location! Really near to the Vatican and a lot of restaurants near.

Cons: Nothing to say.

Pros: The neighborhood is nice and quiet, many restaurants in the area, 10 minutes walking distance to the metro station and a 30 minutes walk to the historical center. The room is spacious enough to enjoy a comfortable stay.

Cons: The bed is not that comfortable, it squeaks at every move. The daily cleaning slot is predefined at 10:00 am, so unless you leave the room available for that specific interval, it won’t get cleaned. For additional towels you have to pay a 15 euros tax, otherwise they get changed after 4 days.

Cons: 1. communal kitchen needs more tissues, same with the room - facial tissues could be nice and hand soap. There was no hand soap just a bar of soap and body soap 2. you are only given 1 towel per person and have to pay 15 euro's if you want more. So if you are staying there for a few days (like we did) - we had to wipe our selves with damp towels each day!

Pros: Perfect place in Rome. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Location fantastic. Very convenient to have a shared kitchen with fridge, hobs and coffee machine.

Cons: Nothing, everything is perfect.

Pros: Location was perfect for Vatican as well as main spots in the historical area. Reasonable price and easy self check in even after midnight and comfortable mattress. Small but useful elevator for big luggages. Very Responsive staffs.

Cons: There were some other guests who spoke loud in the common area where we could cook simple meals. We couldn’t take a rest from jet lag due to their loud noise. It could have been much better the area remains quiet zone for all guests.

Pros: I can confidently say this has been one of the nicest stays I’ve had in Rome. The apartment is centrally located, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. The self-check-in process was easy and smooth, thanks to the clear instructions provided. I stayed in Room 1, ‘Tiberia,’ which was clean, smelled great, and was very comfortable. I slept wonderfully during my stay. The property is new, and the decor is beautiful, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. Having a kitchen with coffee and tea available was a lovely touch. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable. I could reach a lot of attractions on foot, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. I also recommend the Balestrari restaurant downstairs – a perfect place for lunch or dinner with authentic, well-priced food. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to friends visiting Rome in the future.
