It was incredibly good value for money.

Pros: It’s a four minute walk from the Vatican and close to several cafes and restaurants and a very safe area.

Cons: The bed was creaking a bit and there was some sort of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom

Loved every second of it , next time I come to Rome I’d definitely book here again. Great value for money and very roomy

Pros: Everything , was very clean , comfortable bed . Cleaned daily nice and quiet and location perfect as it was right in central Rome near the Vatican City . Great communication with owner .

Short but memorable stay. Coming back to Casa Zavatti after a long day of exploring Rome was heaven.

Pros: Very convenient to major attractions like the Basilica and public transport stops for buses and metros! There's also a nearby Trattoria that we absolutely loved!

Pros: The staff was lovely with great communication skills, beds are confortable. The location was great, near Ottavio metro station and also short walking distance to The Vatican. Our Shuttle bus to the airport was only 7 minutes walking distance too. There is a lovely small coffee shop right in front of the hotel full of locals where we used to have breakfast with no tourists at all. Thank you Casa Zavatti.

Not bad but no perfect

Pros: Location is perfect for Vatican, good value for money

Cons: You can hear everything from the other room's toilet, no soundproofing

Great location and clear directions made it easy to find and great value for money.

Pros: The hosts were really accommodating when I knew I was arriving early after a long haul flight they allowed me to check in early. It really made the beginning of my trip great.

Pros: Vatican was an easy walk away. Nearby were many cafes and restaurants and supermarkets which were very good and much less expensive than the ones in the tourist areas a few blocks away. There was a fridge for chilling water bottles and wine. The rooms were spacious, with high, vaulted ceilings. The owner and staff were very kind and helpful and responded to WhatsApp messages very quickly The building appears to be very secure.

Cons: I could not wish for more.

Pros: Everything was as described, the room is spacious enough for one person, clean, thoughtfully equipped. The room was cleaned every day. The window leads to the inner courtyard and is below ground level, so you will appreciate the possibility of turning on different combinations of lights in the room. Access to the room is well secured. The owner communicates almost immediately, she also advised me on the connection from the airport. The location is absolutely great, a short distance from the Vatican, but not far from the center of Rome, there are many restaurants and cafes around.

Cons: Check-in is automatic, but it was absolutely necessary to keep to the time until 9:00 PM, later it was not possible, even in case of a delayed arrival.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The room was quiet and very clean.

Pros: The room did not include breakfast (I booked it in this option). It was very clean, and housekeeping was done daily. The location is excellent: 700m to the Vatican, a 30-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. A special airport bus to Fiumicino has a stop 800m from the location.

Cons: The WiFi credentials provided in the room allowed me to log in, but there was no internet connection. However, I was given access to another network (via email), which worked perfectly. It is enough to update the WiFi login and password provided in the room. A minor inconvenience with the shower: the cold water pressure was too low, making it difficult to set an acceptable water temperature—only very hot water was coming out.
