Great location and very kind host

Pros: Gregorio is a very friendly and welcoming host — he met us late at night around 3 AM and even allowed a late check-out when we were leaving. The location is perfect, everything is close by and it’s easy to explore Rome on foot. Overall, a pleasant stay and great hospitality!

Cons: Poor sound insulation — you can hear other guests quite clearly, which sometimes makes it hard to sleep — and the absence of disposable slippers.

Pros: Incredible location... 5 minute walk to restaurants, cafes bars and rhe vatican. Easy access to the metro station. The place was exactly as described, it had great facilities including a full kitchen (shared with up to 2 other guests) including a washing machine. Greg is very accommodating and a great host. Stay here of you are visiting Rome and want great value accommodation!

Great host, great location !

Pros: What we appreciated the most is the hospitality of Gregorio who made himself extra available to help and accommodate us. He even came to pick us up at the metro station ! There are few people like him ! Besides that, the room is simple but has everything you need, including a coffee machine in a the common room. Location is ideal, traveling by metro being so easy. The neighborhood is quiet and had many cool restaurants around.

Polecam i na pewno tam wrócę.

Pros: Pan Gregorio był bardzo miły i pomocny. Pokój z łazienką, czysto i estetycznie. Dodatkowe koce, ręczniki, suszarka. W pokoju znajduje się grzejnik, więc wieczorem jest ciepło. Pokój od strony dziedzińca, wiec jest cicho. Jest też wspólna kuchnia z lodówką, kuchenką, mikrofalą i ekspresem do kawy. Trzecie piętro, ale jest duża winda. Lokalizacja idealna na zwiedzanie Rzymu, bardzo blisko metra Ottaviano i Watykanu.

Pros: Gregorio ist super nett und jederzeit gut erreichbar bei Fragen. Die Lage ist perfekt, Zimmervermittlung Hinterhof und damit sehr ruhig. Man kann alle Attraktionen gut fußläufig erreichen, wenn man will, so sieht man viel von der Stadt. Umliegend gibt es eine Vielzahl an guten jnd günstigen Restaurants, Shoppingmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte, falls man sich zu Hause etwas kochen will.

Pros: Posto molto bello in una posizione molto comada per poter raggiungere i vari siti da visitare. Il rione Prati è molto tranquillo pur essendo abbastanza vicino al Vaticano. Mi sono trovato benissimo

Pros: El encargado Sr Gregorio nos atendió muy bien. Se preocupó por nuestra llegada contactandonos vía WhatsApp y siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestra estancia en el alojamiento. Nos guió en nuestras dudas y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos

Schöne Wohnung in einer top Lage

Pros: Die Lage ist super, vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind direkt in der Nähe. Der Bus vom Flughafen kommt ca. 10 min zu Fuß an, also ist es perfekt für die Reise. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in Richtung eines Innenhofs. Sie war sehr sauber. Sie Kommunikation mit dem Host war einfach und unkompliziert, sehr freundlich.

Cons: Leider gab es wie so oft in solchen Unterkünften keine Möglichkeit, etwas gut abzulegen. Im Bad gab es keinerlei Ablagefläche.
