Pros: Great location near the Vatican! Perfect for solo travelers. The host was very kind and accommodated my arrival schedule to check in. Water bottles and coffee are provided in the kitchenette space.
Cons: No natural light in my room as the shutters blocked light and the fluorescent lights were very bright, especially in the evenings. I didn't realize that it has a shared kitchenette space, but I never ended up interacting with the renters in the other rooms.

Best place to get to get into Roma.
Pros: Very pleasant neighbourhood, location very close to Vatican, bottled water in room, airconditioning. Metro station and other facilities are so close.
Cons: Some neighbours didn’t respect silence in night in the kitchen. But it is obviously not a host’s fault in any case.

Cons: However, it wasn't mentioned that the kitchen is shared with three other rooms. Sound insulation is poor — you can clearly hear the TV through the wall.

Pros: There's a lift for our luggage. Room is on the 1st floor. The space of the room is big. The common is complete with all we need. VERY CLEAN. The gentleman who met us explained everything we needed. He is also very responsive in our queries. The location is SUPERB for us who want to see St Peter's Basilica everyday 5-minute walk. Close to Ottaviano Metro around 4-5 minutes walk too. Close to everything. Thank you very much for having us!
Cons: The water pressure was weak. No handheld shower, only overhead shower.

Perfect room in my favourite location.
Pros: Great property in an excellent location. Vaticano Prati is a vibrant elegant area with plenty of cafes , shops and restaurants. Ottaviano metro station is just around the corner. The room I stayed in had everything I could possibly need,clean spacious and light, with a little balcony. Great spacious shower with excellent water pressure . The property has 3 rooms and fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, kettle and daily supply of coffee capsules and tea. The friendly and kind host would make your stay very pleasant. I hope to be able to book this property again.
Cons: PS: the fabric of the duvet cover is quite slippery, so it will keep you busy trying to keep it in place. Two safety pins would solve the problem .

Pros: Perfect location, near Vatican. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. You had everything you need. The street was calm at night.
Cons: My neighbor next room was a little noisy but I was so tired that I could sleep well anyway.

Pros: If you want to feel like a king, in all its splendor in Rome. This is the perfect place to stay. Everything is perfect. The building is wonderful, and from the moment you walk in, you feel the excellent taste and dedicated attention, right down to the smallest details. A thoughtful touch, they might even be waiting for you in flip-flops. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the kitchen as a gift, along with fruit. And besides, it's close to everything, so you can almost see Dad from the house. How close it is to the Vatican and places of interest The hosts are spectacular, as if they've known you for years. Thank you so much for the most pleasant place with the nicest people I've ever met.
