Pros: Clean and Fresh, convenient place, helpful staff. This is not a hotel as such but rooms with a member on staff nearby

Really good!

Pros: Really confortable room located in a really good area. There are so many restaurants and stores close by and the Vatican is just 5min walk from there. Its perfect. Also worth a mention is the lovely Marina who was always really helpful and went multiple times out of her way to make help us.

Cons: The wifi was really not good in our room, that was a negative.

Pros: Probably the best experience I’ve had during Italy in 4 cities. Everything was pretty new and clean. Location was convenient and close to Vatican. Also enjoyed breakfast prepared by the host :)

Cons: WiFi was basically not working, as mentioned by other comments. Also the room was not sound proof and there was a crying baby staying next to me on the day I leave, waking me up at 7am.

Perfect location with great staff near the vatican 👌

Pros: Service & location was fabulous 👌. Check in process easy. Flexibility to leave luggage ahead of check in and also departure appreciated. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: One minor point- reported shower drain blocked and although someone came to fix - they didn't fix it and water continued to block and overflow from the shower tray 😬

Pros: Brilliant staff, comfortable room, decent breakfast selection and excellent location, close to most main sites.

Cons: Walls were pretty thin and overall during the period we were there , there were noises from the adjacent rooms/flats.

Pros: Great location. Very quiet. Beautiful courtyards with palm trees in the neighboring buildings. Supermarkets and metro stations are very close by. Delicious breakfast with hot sandwiches, fresh pastries, juices, and strong, delicious coffee. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean rooms. Beautiful new renovation.

Pros: It was very peaceful, even if the hotel is situated so close to a very vivid walking street with lots of commotion. Close to metro station Ottaviano and to the Vatican.
