Welcoming Staff

Pros: The staff are so pleasant, welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and lots of space The shutters out the door helped keep it dark and so good sleep It was located in a place that was convenient to where l needed to be

Pros: Large modern room, staff were very welcoming and provided good recommendations on places to see, eat & arrange taxis and airport private transport.They were accommodating on providing an additional complimentary water bottle, when the one only one given was queried. They also accommodated storing our luggage after check-out until we were ready to go to the airport.

Cons: Not many items provided expected with a 4 star hotel, only 1 water bottle offered, additional you need to purchase. No pod coffee machine, basic kettle with a few basic tea bags & instant coffee sachets. Not many eateries or bars near location.

Pros: Ruhige Lage Bequemes Bett Viel Platz Eigene Küche mit Inventar Parken umsonst Super Empfehlungen von den Angestellten. Alle sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Cons: Dusche in der Badewanne ist nicht mehr standard Parken in Tiefgarage sehr eng Kein Frühstück. Aber gute Cafés in fussnähe

Pros: La habitacion y baño muy comodo con servicios de minibar. El hotel no ofrece servicio de comida a la habitacion ni externo, pero habia una cafeteria cerca. El personal del front lobby muy servicial. Hay un restaurante delicioso cercano, y la zona muy bonita y facil conectividad.
