Guter Aufenthalt

Pros: The location is great, the staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room but they fixed the problem really fast and we got a new one

Nice hotel and great staff

Pros: The hotel is nice and clean, beds are comfortable and breakfast is just what you need before starting a day of sightseeing. Staff is also extremely polite and helpful.

Cons: Nothing bed about the hotel, but maybe make sure to check the distance from the hotel to the main attractions around Rome.

Very convenient for an appointment at the South African embassy in Rome.

Pros: The location is excellent, in a really quiet part of Rome and close to some good restaurants. The offer of good coffee & cappuccino from the bar at breakfast was great.

Cons: Rooms were a bit small, but still comfortable.

Pros: The hotel is very well located, close to bus stops. The facilities are clean, the breakfast is of good quality, and the beds are quite comfortable.

Cons: However, two points could be improved: the receptionist on duty on August 23rd at 8:00 p.m., who unfortunately did not provide good service (it is a pity that there is not more consistent training to ensure guests are always warmly welcomed), and the shower in the room, as most of the holes were clogged and the water was coming out in just a few drops.
