Very nice, clean and warm homey hotel.

Pros: Location was great. The staff was very helpful. I went there with my daughter, who lives in Rome. And she had a huge bag of laundry. They had facilities for us to do her laundry. When we arrived, there was a wonderful lady called Eleonora. She was so helpful and understandıng. I asked her all the questions in the world:=) And she so patiently answered them all. We didnot eat breakfast there. To be honest, it was expensive.

Cons: Breakfast could be a little bit reasonable. 20 Euros per person is too much. Two people can have breakfast with that amount outside in a nice cafe. Also, on our departure day, they arranged a taxi to take us to the train station. The driver wanted to take an extra 2 euros from us because we had 2 suitcases. I have never heard it in my life. Of course, we paid it. Because we were inside the taxi and didnot want to create problems. The hotel should talk to the taxi station and make sure hotel customers arenot put into this situation.

Pros: Clean, friendly and smiling staff. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is very good. The areas of interest during my stay in Rome were within walking distance, so for me the location was perfect. A taxi to the center is from 12 to 15 euros. A taxi from Fulmincino is 72 euros. There is a possibility of public transport, the bus stop is in front of the hotel. Ana was extremely kind!

Irish Eyes were Smiling on this wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Claridge Rome

Pros: From the moment we arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn we were met by friendly and smiling staff at reception who could not do enough for us during our stay. We arrived at approx. 11.30am not expecting our room to be ready, but to our delight it was ready and even better we were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was great especially as the weather was nice and sunny. The room was lovely and clean. The restaurant served great food and the staff were very helpful. We loved the breakfast, such a great variety and nice and fresh. Overall it was a fantastic weekend and the hotel played a big part in that. Thank you all and we look forward to returning in the future.

Pros: The hotel is located in nice area with spacious room. I got a twin room with balcony, so very appropriate this. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had taxi to airport from the hotel, so very convenient.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay

Pros: Room was very comfortable and clean, missing slippers. Breakfast was full of fresh variety and hot food. Staff were very good.

Cons: Didn't like the fact that they tell you if you want stronger WIFI you have to pay 15 euros per day. This is the Hilton and not any unknown chain and they should not put WIFI at an extra cost.
