Convenient, clean, close to park and 10 min walk to metro

Pros: This was a flat with big living room and bedroom. Kitchen small but large fridge freezer and microwave, 4 hobs etc so more than adequate. Staff friendly and facilities very clean. Breakfast was standard buffet with cooked eggs and bacon as well as cereal and selection of ham, cheese, pastries and croissants

Cons: Hotel has a pool but it is closed during the winter and early spring- I knew that before I booked so not a complaint more an observation

A really enjoyable, comfortable stay

Pros: Very comfortable attractive accomodation. Good choice for breakfast & staff very helpful & friendly. The one negative thing to say is the noise through the night of trams passing. But still a beautiful building to stay in.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Cons: Decor of hotel and rooms could do with an uplift No bar in the evening

My perfect place to stay in Rome

Pros: Everything. Breakfast great. Room goid size, immaculate, comfortable bed, hotel a walk across the park to centre of Rome. About 45 mins to major areas of tourist interest on foot. Great staff and warm relaxed atmosphere.

Cons: Honestly there was nothing I didn't like staying here.

A perfect hotel for a city break

Pros: Large room with kitchenette downstairs and sitting room. A basic but decent breakfast. Dont expect this hotel to be 5 star but its a very good value and comfortable 3/4 star. Nice receptionist and staff.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lovely works through the villa Borghese park to get to the city centre.

Pros: Lovely spacious rooms with kitchenette. Good sized bathroom and wonderful breakfast area overviewing the pool.

Cons: A little worn down in the pool area, but still very useful. The location is in a residential area so nice and calm but a little far from areas with restaurants and shops. We don’t mind the walk and enjoyed the walks to the centre and took taxis back at night.

Great place to stay, well worth a visit, would return in the future!

Pros: Setting is very elegant, large rooms with high ceilings which gives a real atmosphere and feeling of space. Rooms having tables, sofas and kitchen facilities were a real advantage over the kind of “standard” hotel room offered by most other establishments. Breakfast was great, and the added bonus of having a swimming pool with bar facilities was amazing, as swimming pools at hotels are not that common in the city centre of Rome! Taxi fares from the hotel into the very centre of Rome at the train station, were very often only between 9 euro and 12 euro which is excellent value too!

Lovely property away from the busy part of city

Pros: Lovely property in a quiet part of the city so very few tourists around. Tram stop was out the front but they weren’t always regular. Enjoyed the pool to rest at the end of our holiday. Comfortable bed.

Cons: Our room faced the road so was a bit noisy with trams going past and cars. We needed earplugs.

Pros: Located near the Borgese gardens where you can enjoy walks in the shadow of the old trees, super close to the heart of the city though located in a very quite area

Great place in Rome to stay in summer.

Pros: We enjoyed the airy rooms, good space and cleanliness. Great pool to cool down in after a day of sightseeing. We used Uber a lot, but it was lovely to walk through the park down to the Spanish steps. The breakfast was very nice, and loved the cappucino they made for us. The staff was friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. Would love to come back!

Cons: We wished the supermarket and pharmacy were closer, but we had a few nice walks and were delighted to see the surroundings. The traffic could be heard quite well from some rooms, but mostly quiet at nighttime.
