Clean, comfortable and very central. As they say location, location, location. I will be going back.

Pros: Location was excellent, being close to the Colosseum. I found it was also good for exploring the backstreets, while also a few minutes' walk from Station Termini. It had a lot of character, and a lift that was in all certainty older than I am and yet functional with character ! I intend to return to Rome next year, and I will be looking to book this hotel again. It is not easy to find, see below.

Cons: Finding it was interesting. There is no external signage and it does not look like a hotel. You have to look at name strips on apartment building door buzzers that are in an 18pt font ! Once I had worked out what that street was full of, finding the hotel became easier. I was not used to such an arrangement, but now I know about it its no problem.

Convenient

Pros: The hotel has a very good location. Everything is close by. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and the Colosseum is about a 15-minute walk away. It is easy to get to all the main attractions. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was a refrigerator, which was very useful. The windows faced an inner courtyard, so the room was quiet and not noisy.

Cons: The beds are very comfortable. Personally, the pillow was not ideal for me, but this is just a personal preference and not a complaint.

Really enjoyed our stay, staff are responsive and friendly.

Pros: How close it was to everything, everywhere was walking distance and even if something was further away such as the Vatican it was worth walking to to see everything between

Cons: Rooms are on the smaller side, however because we only stayed for 3 days it was adequate. There is a slight drain smell coming from the toilet but nothing that couldn’t be remedied with opening a window and ensuring the bathroom door was closed.

Pros: Thanks for hosting us. What we loved the most is the closeness to the Termini station. As well as how close the hotel from the Colosseum. The room itself isn’t that large as you can expect, but it’s a nice view from the window. The tallest exquisite ceiling made all the impression.
