Lovely hotel apart, Great Location

Pros: Location very near to Train Central St, near to tge Romes Colosseum and access to restuarants and super markets its a lovely area to walk around Hotel is self chk in the staff left us keys in nice and secured way to chk in Its lovely hotel apart old bldg but nice and clean

Cons: Nothing honestly but bear in mind this is a hotel apart old bldg with old 1 elevator, sm time had to que and wait and with large suitcase had to take seprate round me and my wife, but its not sm thing annoyed us we were smiling

Great place to stay, quiet and close to Termini, supermarket and eateries. Definitely a place I will stay in when return

Pros: Location, clean bed, availability of facilities (washing machine, microwave, kitchen etc) and fast response by property management and staff to questions and request.

Cons: Floorboard need mopping

Very well located

Pros: This is a good place to stay near the train station. It's located on the fifth floor and can be accessed with an elevator.

Cons: We did have higher expectations on equipments and bathroom according to the price payed. Hence can't give a perfect score.

Pros: I highly recommend this place! Great location — just a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum and a stone’s throw from Termini station. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with convenient amenities like a washing machine, microwave, and air conditioning, which cools the place down quickly. Plenty of nearby restaurants with delicious food — truly a fantastic stay!

Nice place, comfortable, good size - very conveniently placed to public transport & sites

Pros: Pretty much liked everything other than the bathroom smell.

Cons: There was a bad sewer smell at all times in the bathroom. I suspect that the room is pretty airtight when the windows are closed so the exhaust fan in the bathroom pulls smells through the drains of the shower and bidet. Sadly , opening the windows kind of stops the odours, but it’s so noisy outside that you can’t really leave the windows open at night, so you have to put up with the smell.

Pros: The room is well maintained with everything that you need. 5 mins to Termini and walking distance to all kinds of transport, shops and restaurants.

Cons: The beds are really barely there with the mattress very thin and the pillows are end of life as well. Would be great if these can be made comfortable, everything else is pretty good.
