Great relaxing stay

Pros: The rooms are large, comfortable and immaculately clean. The facilities including the bath were great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Breakfast is delivered to room. It’s quite simple (Toast, cereal, cake and yoghurt) but nice all the same and no questions about allergies. Reception feels unconventional for a hotel. You’re reminded it’s a small set up (Boutique). But the staff were all lovely

Very nice boutique hotel who let you feel welcome

Pros: We went to Roman Holidays Boutique Hotel to celebrate our 10 years together, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff is so friendly and nothing you ask is to much, the room was super clean and they decorated the room in a romantic atmosphere (thank you for that) , i really recommend staying at this hotel as they really treat you as king/queen.

Cons: The only thing i would give the hotel as a tip is at breakfast you don't get cheese and sausage that was really the only thing we missed at breakfast further everything was perfect!

Perfect stay. We will be back

Pros: The property was exceptionally clean, modern, spacious and perfectly located. The best I have stayed in Rome. The service was very friendly and the breakfast excellent.

Lovely room in great location.

Pros: Walking distance to many top sightseeing attractions. Walking distance to termini station. Lots of nice restaurants nearby Clean and comfortable, friendly staff.

Cons: Check out 10am would have liked later.

Pros: The entire stay was amazing! Staff were extremely helpful and the room was perfect ! Right in the centre with everything within walking distance! They even left a little welcome gift which was the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely spa bath

Pros: Lovely room near Termini and many busses. Spa bath was better than expected. Every day the staff left welcome gifts in the room - wine, oil, pasta. A wonderful bakery just around the corner that we visited twice a day (corner Cavour/Amedeo) In the lobby there's a coffee machine and a still/sparkling water dispenser

Cons: Nothing to dislike really. Self inflicted punishment was choosing not to use the vintage and dodgy looking but perfectly functioning elevator ;) Instructions on how to use the spa bath could be helpful too.

Pros: The room was very clean and had all of the amenities needed such as slippers, toiletries etc. We asked for an ironing board and it was given to us in a matter of minutes. We were given complimentary fruit and wine. We really appreciate the free filtered water and coffee outside as well as our leaving gift. Location was really good as only a 5 minute walk away from Termini and not too far from the colosseum. Would recommend to others and we would definitely stay here if we visit again.

Cons: AC was good but loud.
