Roman Residence

Fantastic location and value for money.

Pros: Very close walking distance from Termini station, just 32 minutes on the fast train from Fiumicino airport. There is a lift to Roman Residence which is on the second floor. A warm and personal welcome upon arrival. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The room was spotless with drinks provided and replenished every day. It was really quiet. Breakfast was a good selection of items and a very large choice of teas. Correspondence with the owner, Massimo was really good, he responded swiftly to my enquiry. Roman Residence is an ideal location for sightseeing and there are many traditional Italian restaurants close by. Very good value for money.

Cons: All was good, there was nothing we didn't like.

Pros: Nice people and very helpfull. We could leave our luggage. Breakfast was nice and we could use the minibar for free!

A warm and relaxing stay with a welcoming atmosphere

Pros: They kindly accommodated my late-night check-in, which I truly appreciated. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all of which were delicious and carefully prepared. I also enjoyed a freshly made cappuccino in the morning. The owner was very kind and welcoming, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay.

Pros: Nice and close to Roma Termini and Meteo access but also a relatively easy walk to all the major attractions. Breakfast included. Massimo was very prompt to respond to any questions prior to our stay and was very helpful.

This place was perfect to stay in for visiting the sights of Rome. Very clean.

Pros: Breakfast was good, Continental style which you could grab before heading out.

Cons: Nothing.

Fabulous hospitality

Pros: Breakfast was an unexpected bonus and what an amazing bonus it was, such a selection. Close to the Rome termini station and main attractions. Lots of restaurants on the doorstep.

Cons: Room was very warm with AC having little impact.

Pros: Incredibly kind hosts. The place was spotless. The amenities (coffee, snacks, breakfast) went above and beyond. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Decent bed. Location is perfect, especially for an early morning train. Four minutes' walk to the train station, and exceptionally convenient if you're going to the airport, as the Leonardo express track is right at the closest side entrance. Location is also walkable to everything. Perfect place to stay for a night (or two) if you're heading out by train or plane.

Cons: Don't expect luxury. Shower is small, and it feels like you are staying in a room in someone's apartment, but for the money it's a steal.

Fabulous

Pros: Everything. Room is small but has everything you could possibly need. There is no noise whatsoever even though you are perfectly located. The hosts are wonderful. They restock a little minibar fridge with drinks each day in the room. The breakfast buffet was lovely. I would stay here always if in Rome.

Cons: Nothing.

The perfect stay in Rome. The owners are genuine, friendly people. Lovely room, nice breakfast. Fully recommend.
