Pros: The location was great! The staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful.

Cons: The property was in really good condition but some amenities were missing.

Very good

Pros: It was my second time to this property and if i visit Rome in the future I would definitely return to this property. The staf is friendly. The location is good and the most important the room was very cleen.

Cons: What I didn't like were 2 things: 1- the internet that is slow. 2- It is difficult to enter the building when checking in. I rang the doorbell downstairs to open the door, but no one opened. By chance, a person was coming out of the building and opened the door and luckily we didn't have to wait that long outside. Nor the host give instructions on how to check in. If these 2 things improve I would definitely give them a 10

Pros: this is very nice place, maybe not the newest one shower stuff but clean, so it's not a problem. Very nice stuff and WONDERFUL situation near all the most beautiful stuff in Rome. Highly recommended =)

Despite shower, stay was fantastic and improved our trip. Great guesthouse!

Pros: Very clean room, very kind host, good amenities. Bed was very comfortable air con was essential and incredibly appreciated as was the very kind host.

Cons: The shower head was broken, had lots of buttons we couldn’t quite understand or work regardless great bathroom.
