Le Petit Real

Great Location! Great Stay! Absolutely Recommend!

Pros: Amazing location. Close to the Termini from where you can take the train to the airport and metro towards the city and everything was accessible and walkable from the location. Mr Federico was extremely helpful and prompt with his responses and it was an absolute delight living at Le Petit Real. There are plenty of eating options close by for your breakfast, lunch and dinner, a convenience store just walking distance from the hotel and if you are up for it and the weather allows for it (I went in February), the walk to the Colosseum is amazing. I hope to come back again and definitely stay in Le Petit Real.

Cute place to stay at a prime location

Pros: The location is excellent, 3-4mins walking distance from the central station. We were welcomed and given us our room on time. The host was extremely polite and friendly. All the facilities were good and cleanliness was maintained daily by the staff. They were also very helpful in storing our luggage on the last day after checkout.

Cons: There’s nothing negative I can think of.

Pros: We would strongly recommend this hotel. The neighborhood was perfect, close to sites and transportation. The room was clean! Our host was willing to help us with everything we needed. The staff too! Very warm hospitality, we would definitely visit again!

Cons: A bit far away from the station but still walkable. The elevator is old style. A bit creepy but acceptable!

Pros: This was 4th time here, everything is exactly how they describe, it is a few steps away from Termini station and you can reach all important spots by walking, it really woth it.

Good base for sightseeing

Le Petit Real offers serviced rooms in a very convenient location in Rome, close to Termini station.

Pros: The first thing I’d like to say in my review is that Le Petit Real isn’t really a hotel. Instead, it offers serviced rooms in part of a large old apartment block on Via Cavour. I didn’t realise this when I booked it. There are no permanent staff, reception, restaurant etc but staff do come in from 9.00 to 13.00 to clean rooms. The room I had was spacious and clean however and I felt a bit like a local unlocking the big old door on the ground floor entering the building.

Cons: I didn’t realise the nature of the property when I booked so I didn’t like that it wasn’t a hotel with permanent staff etc.
