Nice place to stay in Rome

Pros: Easy check-in, comfy room, a shared fully equipped kitchen available to have a breakfast/dinned at home

Cons: We heard a noise of running water from the neighbor's bathroom

Its a lovely accomodation in a breathtaking city with a perfect location.

Pros: A real italian accomodation, in a pleasant and tidy house. Before the arrival we received detailed information on whatsapp about self check-in so it was quick and easy. Our apartment had 2 separate rooms with confortable beds, and a little bathroom with shower and toalett. We could use a common kithchen, shared with another apartment. Its a nice gesture from the host to provide free tea, coffee, and biscuites. We have experienced that the surrounding is clean and safe (despite of some negative opinion). The transportation was perfect, easy to reach from and to the airport. There are shops, and restaurants. The main sights are in walking distance, or bus metro is available morning and evening as well. So we enjoyed our vacation. Thanks Giulia :-)

Cons: There was only a little problem with heating in January. We could heat with the airconditioner, but it took a lot of time to warm up the entire room due to the tall room.

Lovely stay here for a family with teens.

Pros: Location close to train station, restaurants and not too far from major attractions if you are walking. Beds and pillow were very comfortable. Clean and in room service everyday to make your beds if you wanted it. Giulia was very easy to communicate with. Coffee and tea available in the shared kitchen. Lift was great to get luggage to rooms.

Cons: Rooms were good size, but the bathroom connects to the little hallway to the front door and the two rooms creating a congestive area. Hard to move around with a family of four (teen children). The room could do with a paint to freshen up.

Pros: The location of this beautiful clean place is amazing. It is located in the city center, so close to so many attractions such as Coloseum (20 min walk). Guilia is very nice and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back next time going to Rome.

Cons: Elevator is a bit small and barely can contain 3 people.
