Pros: The apartment was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. All the facilities were modern, well-maintained, and in perfect working order. The location was excellent — most major attractions in Rome were within a 15-minute walk. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, providing us with plenty of useful information about the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome!
Cons: The only minor point is that the shower water pressure could be stronger.

Amazing place! Book now.
Pros: It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, extremely convenient location. I was travelling with my young nephew and we felt extremely safe. The hosts were unbelievable, attentive, caring and so knowledgeable. I will book again returning to Rome,it was just perfect. Book now, you won’t regret it.

Pros: I loved having two bathrooms in this property - it was perfect for group of three girls

incredible stay in Rome, we will definitely return in that same location!
Pros: the Apartment is located 10 minutes away by walk from the Colosseum, and 20 minutes away from Fontana di Trevi and the city old center. but if you do not want to walk there is a bus station 1 min away. great location, near shops and restaurants. the apartment is new and looks very nice, it has everything you need, comfortable bed, 2 smart tv’s , coffee machine, fridge, 2 modern bathrooms, clean , nice decorated rooms. the building has elevator, looks very nice and clean, you feel very safe. on the small balcony there is space to sit down and smoke. the host, Kiki was incredibly nice, she allowed a late check out, we received suggestions what do in Rome, where to eat. we received also the city map. she helped with all the requests that we had and we felt very welcome.
Cons: the water pressure is not the best but it was just a small thing that did not bother us.

Pros: Appartement lumineux, spacieux et tres bien agencé Propreté irréprochable Deux salles de bains Petit coin cuisine Espaces de rangement Accueil chaleureux de Kiki, qui nous a conseillé des adresses sympas dans le quartier Emplacement central pour tout visiter a pieds
Cons: Odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain où il y a le sauna. L'appartement donne sur une importante artère de circulation, un peu de bruit malgré la bonne isolation.

Pros: Mieszkanie znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji. Na piechotę można dojść do wszystkich ważnych punktów turystycznych miasta. Właściciel mieszkania jest przemiłą osobą, bardzo pomocna! Dojechaliśmy w nocy koło 2ej, mieliśmy wszystko zorganizowane, przekazanie kluczy i wprowadzenie do mieszkania. Miły gest dla córki - miś na łóżku dziecka 🫶 Kamienica przepiękna! Mieszkanie śliczne i bardzo komfortowe! W mieszkaniu znajdują się dwie łazienki. Cudowny pobyt, fantastyczne mieszkanie!
Cons: Nocny Hałas od sąsiadów. Ktoś za ścianą codziennie ćwiczył grę na fortepianie o północy a Sąsiad z góry robił dyskotekę do 3 w nocy z obłędnie głośną muzyką i tańcami. Koszmar! Hałasu od ulicy nie było a jest to jedna z głównych ulic!

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα για οικογένεια.
Pros: Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο με πάρα πολύ διακόσμηση. Η ύπαρξη δύο μπανιων είναι εξαιρετικά βολική όταν είσαι με παιδιά.
Cons: Οι μπαλκονοπορτες δεν εκλειναν πολύ καλά.

Pros: If this place is available for your dates — book it right now! I didn’t regret it for a single second. First of all, it’s spacious, super clean, and beautifully designed. Everything is brand new — fresh renovation, modern decor, spotless cleanliness. It has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony where smokers can comfortably enjoy a cigarette, and non-smokers can sip morning coffee with a croissant. The sofa turns into a bed, the main bed is large and comfortable, there’s plenty of space for clothes, and the bathroom is absolutely perfect — everything is new and immaculate. And the location is unbeatable: 15 minutes to the Colosseum, 40 minutes to the Vatican, 7 minutes to the Trevi Fountain — walking! Please don’t miss out on this apartment.
