Pros: The location was very good for our visit. It was clean. The staff were helpful

Cons: The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked. We also got confused ordering breakfast, but that was sorted easily.

Pros: Everything was excellent!!!!! From the room to the servince itself, i have absolutely no complaints. The host was really helpful and friendly as well! He was responding almost immediately to all our questions and even let us check in later than the usual hours. The breakfast that was included was also very good, I loved the freshly made (or ar least i think so) juices. So overall, everything was top tier and i would highly recommend staying there 😊😊😊

Pros: The accommodation was very nice and easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful — whenever we needed anything, it was provided and clearly explained. The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the cappuccino was excellent. We will definitely come back again.

Cons: Lack of english tea and we had no glasses in the room. Normally there are for water/drink. Also things we asked for breakfast, like tea and fruit we didn't get. (Breakfast is served in the room ) . Please don't be put off though. This really is a good, comfortable place to stay and very quirky which i like 👍 😊😊

3 night stay, mum and 7 year old

Pros: Our room was clean and spacious, the staff were lovely and very helpful, we enjoyed having breakfast brought to our room every morning.

Cons: The only negative for us was that the room was very hot but we learnt after the first night to leave the windows open while we were out during the day and then it was fine

Great place, highly recommended!

Pros: It was very clean and warm, with a great location. The place was very quiet and peaceful. We really appreciated the option of late check-in and being able to leave our luggage after check-out. The reception staff gave us great recommendations for food and sightseeing in the city. Breakfast served to the room was really good. Absolutely amazing!

It was or first stay in Rome. The guest house and location could not have been better.

Pros: The hotel and room were perfect. The only slight gripe was that our room was on a very busy thoroughfare and was a little noisy during the night. We realise that it was in the centre of a large wonderful city and we are used to country living. Next visit we will request a room at the back of the hotel to eliminate most of the traffic noise.

Little Gem in the Heart of Rome

Pros: Guest House is very comfortable, with everything You need for a couple of days in Rome. Facilites are useful, operative and rooms are clean and well organized. We had balcony with street view, useful for breakfast, which was very good. Location is superb, 10 minutes walk will take You to Vatican city in one direction, and 15 minutes walk will take You to city center in another direction. No need for city transport if You like to do some little walking and are not lazy :).

Pros: Great location and pleasantly quiet at night — perfect for a good night’s sleep. John Lucas, the host, was very helpful and always happy to assist with any questions or needs we had.

Cons: Bed could be better - too low and too soft.
