I enjoyed my stay in the apartment

Pros: It was a really nice apartment in a beautiful building. It was close to the metro, Vatican City, and St. Angelo Castle, and it was only 15 minutes walk to the city center. The apartment was clean, not a tiny room, and it had all the necessary staff. Also, the owner provided water, capsules for a coffee machine, and tea. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We received all necessary instructions, and the communication with the owner and administrator was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay in the apartment.

Pros: Location was excellent. Room was very clean and Cosy. Our host was very helpful and kept checking in on us. I wish we spent more time there.

Nice room in Prati

Pros: Annarita is an excellent property manager. She welcomed us and gave us some tips about public transport. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The rooms are very poorly soundproofed. It is not a big problem if you are going to stroll around the city all day, but I think it can be improved.

Pros: Good location and it was easy to get in touch with the host by texts. They answered texts fast and gave us tips when needed.

Cons: The shower was hard to get good temperature. Our bed creaked a lot.

Excellent!

Pros: The communication with Annarita before our arrival and also during our stay was excellent. She welcomed us to our room and gave us tips for sightseeing. She made sure everything was ok everyday of our stay. The location of the accommodation is perfect. We were able to walk through the main sights and back without using the public transport. The room was great. The hot water was working (you need to turn it on and wait for a while - it is understandable in an old building with history). The room was clean, warm, quiet at night and we used an extra blanket that was provided.

Nice place

Pros: Communication with the host was as easy as it gets. The self-check-in was really easy as well. If you like walking you don't need any public transport - the location is perfect. The room is clean and spacious.

Cons: - There was no hot water, for someone who is taking cold showers is not a big inconvenience but if you are a family with a child will be inconvenient. - the room is in a big apartment, and it has 2 more rooms that you can book, and if your neighbors are loud, it is just terrible. We had people who made noise almost all night (walking, slamming doors, loud talking). Some rules and taxes if you are noisy after 23:00 would be an improvement.

Perfect in Prati

Pros: Absolutely perfect location in Prati neighbourhood, walkable throughout. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked with a small shared kitchen. Annarita takes great care getting guests settled! Would definitely return.
