Great value for money

Pros: Great value for money given the central location. Rooms were simple and clean. Access to a coffee machine in the communal area was much appreciated. ⁹

Cons: Accessing the building was a little complicated at first - although I acclimatised to it after a day or so

Fantastic location and super comfortable room, with everything you need.

Pros: The room is super spacious, and has a communal kitchen if you wish to cook your own meals. It is also at a very good and safe location, close to the Vatican and lots of shops around, with easy public transport to major attractions.

Pros: Located in the safe and tranquil neighbourhood of Prati along what seemed like the main strip of shops with brands like Pandora. Lots of food options nearby and best of all just a 10-15 mins walk to the Vatican. Room was thoroughly cleaned when we first arrived and had a cozy feel to it. Was larger and looked even better than the pictures depict. Building has an elevator so no issue with big/heavy luggage.

Cons: Nothing in particular!

Pros: Very clean and easy to access, location is fantastic for the Vatican and also plenty of restaurants close by.

Cons: Can be slightly noisy with other guests coming in and out or using the kitchen.

Pros: Very good location (in quiet neighbourhood, close to metro and attractions), clean, confortable and with a friendly and thoughtful host. Worth staying here again when coming to Rome next time. Grazie, Samuele!

Cons: Was there any welcome wine/ champagne, as mentioned in the room description, and I just missed it? :-) Not a real problem, but it's the only thing I can mention here...

Pros: An ideal area for both short-term and long-term trips. There are many cafes nearby, where only locals eats. Few tourists. Quiet and safe courtyard. The apartments are clean, cozy and full of everything you need. The host is very friendly and always ready to help. I recommend

Cons: Next time, I'll also knock on the ceiling of the neighbors from above who decided to drill in the morning on weekends.
