Perfect location in the heart of Rome
Pros: Perfect location, very safe and central location, spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and cozy. The coffee and croissant is nice addition to your stay. Overall it was perfect price per value offer.
Cons: The fridge was leaking but it’s not a big deal.

Pros: Everything about our apartment was perfect. We have no complaints. The elevator ride was really interesting. The location is great, everything is close and you can walk to the most famous attractions in Rome.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better and there could have been more food choices.

Absolutely worth it to stay in this nice room for multiple nights.
Pros: First of all, the location is excellent - very close to Vatican City and only about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main sightseeing areas. Second, the street is quiet and feels very safe. Third, Matteo welcomed us warmly even though we arrived late in the evening, and kindly offered us wine and water. By the way, a lovely detail we really enjoyed is that the elevator in the building is absolutely classic and elegant!!

Such a cool apartment in a great part of Roma, definitely would return.
Pros: Loved the ambience of the rooms, loved the lift, location and the fact that it was top floor. The breakfast at the local cafe was fun...coffee was good, croissant was quality but only sweet available (no savoury). The bottle of wine was a nice touch.
Cons: More teabags,,,two teabags for two of us there for two nights and milk?? UHT milk is cheap!!

Pros: The location of the property is brilliant, located just around the corner from the Vatican City and a short walk from the city’s subway. The staff are also super friendly and helpful, with great suggestions on restaurants and museums. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Rome and this was only increased by the property and their staff.
Cons: There was nothing not to like about this property.

We warmly recommend it, it’s a great choice.
Pros: The host was very kind and helpful, and the location of the accommodation was excellent, a great neighborhood, close to most of the main attractions. Breakfast was served in a nearby café, which was also very charming. We were welcomed with a bottle of delicious red wine at the accommodation. Truly cozy, I can only recommend it.
Cons: There was no such thing.

Excellent room with an excellent host, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here!
Pros: The room was very clean and spacious and well equipped. Super comfy bed, nice bathroom and a very charming old elevator to access the property. Matteo was an excellent host who was very helpful and also provided us with great recommendations for food and sightseeing.

Pros: The accommodation met our expectations. The room was clean and tidy. The accommodation is in a perfect location for exploring Rome. Everything is within walking distance. Ideal apartments for your holiday in Rome!
Pros: I really liked this accommodation! Very convenient electronic access system! Cristian was always in touch with me on WhatsApp. He met me, showed me everything, told me everything. He sent me recommendations for restaurants nearby, which helped me a lot! A nice bonus - a welcome bottle of wine, which brightened up my evenings after actively exploring the sights during the day! This is a very convenient location for exploring the city, I walked everywhere!

Pros: Very clean, beautiful room. Great location, close to attractions. Friendly and very attentive owner. We really liked the breakfast, it was served in a nearby cafe - coffee and croissants. Very calm and safe. There are a lot of shops nearby. Emiliano was very kind and caring. We really liked the area, the owner of the apartment, the care. There was a bottle of wine and glasses on the table. It was very hospitable
