Lovely place to stay in general, comfortable

Pros: Lovely clean comfortable room. location was great near transport links and within walking distance to sites

Cons: Very complicated system to enter building/room which required entry by phone rather than key. Also lovely big rainfall shower but it lacked water pressure to enjoy properly

Pros: Very close to attractions The lady is simply too nice of a person. Think her name is Michaela or ?? They hold your luggage for free like hotels.

Cons: Steps to get to room are narrow. Have to go through 3 entry points to get to room.

Okay if you want to be near the train station and have earplugs

Pros: The location was great to access the Train Station. Some restaurants and cafes close by.

Cons: The online security was annoying to finally get to the room, but once it was activated and understood the operation it worked well. As a solo female traveller I was not comfortable with a digital lock to my room, would have felt safer with an extra manual lock or slide bolt on the inside. Although the location was quiet, the rooms are separated by paper thin walls so I could hear people conducting “nightly activities” and their conversations.

Perfect location and lovely modern room, perfect for a short stay.

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect, we could easily get a metro/bus to any part of the city! We were also a 13 minute walk from the colosseum which we walked to on our first evening. The room was really clean and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a lovely little balcony overlooking a courtyard.

Cons: Nothing it was great!

Clean/well equipped/ very conveniently located.

Pros: Everything was new. There was a coffee machine for us to use.

Cons: The electronic entry system (=doorkey) was difficult to understand, but once I learnt how to use it, it worked well!

Pros: Great value for money and comfortable space to crash while soaking in what rome has to offer. Convenient location to Termini for easy train access to the airport and walking distance to selection of key sight seeing spots. Staff were super friendly, helpful and considerate - helpful recommendations on discounted sightseeing tours and quick responses to any questions, including help to book airport taxis. Location felt safe with clear instructions for entrance, and all new renovated bathroom and spacious room. Felt like a casual hotel stay, would highly recommend and return for my next rome trip!

Pros: The place was very clean, and the remote check-in process was extremely convenient. It’s close to the train station, metro (which we didn’t use, but it’s very nearby), and the Colosseum.

Cons: What was missing: A second chair, in case you want to eat with a partner. Hooks in the bathroom for towels and a shelf in the shower for shampoos and other items. It would be nice to have a water cooler.

Pros: Place was clean and easily accessible- the hosts were lovely !!

Exactly what we wanted. Great position to explore Rome

Pros: Good proximity to Rome Centre - 15 mins walk from Colosseum. Also 10/15 mins walk to Termini station making commute to and from Fiumicino airport easy. 2 mins walk to Metro - a simple and cheap way to get about the city. Bed very comfortable, bathroom facilities very modern and clean. Small fridge was useful. Air conditioning a great asset and life saver!!!! Nice cafes and restaurants nearby and reasonably priced. We loved our 3 night stay.

Cons: Aware of people leaving for early flights etc but really didn’t bother us.

Pros: Style of the room is amazing, balcony, comfortable bed
