Great location, comfy space and nice people.

Pros: Comfy bed, huge bathroom, good view on to the park and nice little shared kitchen with a kettle, coffee, utensils and glasses. Nice big bathroom with a good shower. Cups, soap and shampoo also available.

Cons: Just needed another pillow and the curtains hardly open so the room was very dark.

Pros: Perfect for a quick trip to Rome! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, location was amazing (walking distance to Colosseum and right next to the Metro), and a very clean room. Aircon was very nice too for our summer stay!

Pros: Good value for money. The rooms looked just like in the pictures, were comfortable, spacious and bright. The building is a bit old, but I found it nice to stay in a heritage-shopping-street-building. The location is at a 10-12 min walk from the Roma Termini station and a similar distance from the Colloseum as well. The staff was very kind and let us store our baggage after checkout which was a huge lifesaver.

Lovely stay and will come again

Pros: Lovely room and toilet, working A/C which seems like a rare find in Italy as i have stayed 3 hotels during my trip and only this one has a working A/C. The lady/owner was very nice and her son was very helpful when we were stuck outside at the door during the late night. The beds as well gave me one of the best sleeps throughout my stay in Italy. It has a perfect location where it's near the Metro station and also a walkable distance to the Colosseum.

Cons: The only issue we had was the door to reception where we always have trouble opening, other than that. It was a lovely stay and we will definitely come again when we are back in Rome

Good value.

Pros: This was excellent value for the price. It was well serviced in the area, and new window fittings so not noisy. We stayed close to train station as only here one night, it was close enough to walk to, and there was an interesting set of shops on the walk there for all sorts for accessories

Cons: There were strict rules not to eat in the room. This seemed unnecessary. I understand not to cause stains, but people still need to eat. We were exhausted and did not want to go out

Great Location and helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: Lovely outlook to park. Close location for the Colosseum and the train station. Easy to get to bus or Metro. Very clean and tidy. Had a little fridge. Used the kettle in the common room for tea making. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
