Pros: Everything was fine and good value for money. The host was kind overall. The room was cleaned daily and kept very clean. It is quite close to the main attractions in the city center and within walking distance. The metro station is right in front of the building. The was safe.

Cons: Actually not that I did not like. Just some little things. The bathroom is a bit small and the water pressure is quite weak. The temperature adjustment from hot to cold (and vice versa) water is quite abrupt, even with just a slight turn of the handle. But for me it was fine. The toiletries are enough for minimal needs, it’s better to bring your own. The street below is a bit noisy, but the room is well soundproofed, so the noise is minimal. It might only bother sensitive people to noise. For me, it was fine. The surrounding streets are dirty and have homeless people, but the street where this B&B is located feels relatively safe, in my opinion.

Clean, comfortable B&B well-located to enjoy Rome’s many attractions and restaurants.

Pros: We booked all four rooms of this B&B for our group of six friends. Each room had comfortable beds and an ensuite with a shared communal kitchenette and dining area that was perfect for our group of friends to gather together to plan the day’s activities. Location is terrific within walking distance of many of Rome’s attractions and with a metro close by to travel to the Vatican and other attractions. There was plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as a couple of supermarkets.

Pros: Perfect location, right in front of an entrance way to the Vittorio Emanuele metro station and is close to Roma Termini Station which is convenient if you are travelling onwards on the high speed rail (Florence, Naples, etc.) Check-in experience was very easy and straightforward. The shared kitchenette and dining area was very clean and tea, coffee and biscuits were provided. The private bedroom and bathroom were spacious, with secure locks. Towels and linen were clean, and bins were emptied daily. We would be happy to stay again.

Pros: Great location - a perfect base for exploring Rome! The metro, train station, and public transport are just around the corner, so it's easy to get anywhere in the city. The host was very kind and helpful, and the place itself was clean and well-kept. I definitely recommend it!

Pros: Location was better than good. 5min walk from Roma Termini station. When you get out of the building you have to be carefull not to drop to the metro..it is right there! Owner was extremely helpfull and welcoming and also provided helpfull tips about the area. Room was clean and tidied every day. Fridge and microwave in the commonarea. TV to practise italian.

Cons: I would have liked a seperate minifridge in the room.

Nice hotel in good location

Pros: Good location, near to Termini, near park and metro. Big rooms with helpful staff.

Pros: The B&B is really nice and the communication with the owner is very good. We had the option to choose between two rooms and we decided for the silence one to the inner side. The room was very clean & meet all our expectations for a short sightseeing weekend in Rome. The location is very good next to the metro station & the main train station Termini. We will book again, when we will do another rome trip.

Cons: The doors to the kitchen / common room are not that sealed, so you can hear the other people. Expecially when they open the door and close it. The keys have a metal plate which made it even noisier. But it'S only a minor problem. A possible improvement could be to change the metal cards to plastic.
