Pros: The location is excellent, very close to most major attractions, especially the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, both just a few minutes’ walk away. The room is spacious and clean, the facilities are easy to use and well maintained, and the host is very kind and provided us with a lot of help and convenience.

Cons: The shower water temperature was somewhat unstable.

Pros: Guido was very friendly and helpful. Left some drinks in the fridge and plenty of coffee pods and tea. Also provided useful and helpful recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. Absolutely fabulous location. Step out the front door and you can almost see the colloseum

Perfect location, convenience and comfort

Pros: Everything. We could not fault it. The location was perfect. The host was attentive and helpful. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely come back here if I was in Rome again.

Lovely, accommodation near the Coliseum

Pros: Guido and Roberta were excellent hosts and a bottle of water and fruit juice were waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived. Which was a lovely surprise. The facilities were great and the location was perfect for the Colleseum.

Cons: The only negative thing that we could think of was the sofa bed was not comfortable to sit on and the washing machine was dirty, which has since been cleaned. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Pros: Amazing apartment in a quiet street, with all the necessities you may need during the stay. It’s near the upper entrance to subway. It was an awesome feeling to fall asleep right after seeing the Colosseum. The host recommended us the restaurant LaBase nearby which was excellent and super cheap. One of the beds was a bit squeaky, but the overall experience of the stay was more than pleasant. I would definitely choose the same apartment next time again.

Pros: It's like on the picture, easy to access and close to Coliseum. Because of it's position, it's quiet during the night. The heating system it's working properly. The main bed it's comfortable and the entire location was clean. The host it's very helpful.

Would highly recommended for the location and the set up

Pros: Just completed a two night stay and what an amazing apartment in quite possibly the best location in town. You are steps from the Colosseum in one direction, and a very short walk to Monti in another direction. The apartment was charming and very well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Sleeps up to five people, I believe, but I was fortunate to enough to spread out and enjoy the space solo. Nice cafe just downstairs, a couple more drinking places across the street. You are right in the heart of the action, but the place is quiet and very much an introvert’s sanctuary. Plus points for elevator and washing machine in unit. I would say… stay here if this is available.

Cons: Not much to dislike at all. If I could be nit picky… the sofa could do with a replacement. The heating system also makes some noise - but you do get used to it and the good thing is that it’s far from the main bed so no impact on sleep quality.
