Book this. You will not regret. Ticks every box

Pros: Everything. The location, cleanliness, the facilities, the decor. We are frequent travellers and usually there is at least one thing that irks on a stay but there is honestly nothing! If i was going out of my way to fault find I would say the stairs are a bit daunting, faultless in every other way!!!

Cons: Nothing, as above mentioned I personally had no issue with stairs, if anything I feel the added to the decor and vibe but can understand other’s anxieties around them

Pros: A beautifully styled property, extremely well equipped and super clean and comfortable

Cons: Our only comment would be that the stairs are quite dangerous and should have a handrail the entire staircase, my husband did slip on the last stair and I was quite nervous going up and down without a handrail

Pros: I recently stayed at Gio Roma in Rome with my partner, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from the Colosseum – and at night you get the most stunning views of this iconic landmark. The apartment itself is beautiful and very spacious. It has a well-equipped kitchenette with all the amenities you could need, and two separate bathrooms, which was incredibly convenient. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. If I had to mention one small thing, the bathroom lighting could be a bit brighter, but that’s a very minor detail. Overall, I loved the design and aesthetics of the place. It felt stylish, comfortable, and welcoming. I would highly recommend Gio Roma to anyone visiting Rome. It’s a beautiful place and truly made my stay special!

Excellent location, home away from home with all the luxuries we wanted!

Pros: Excellent facility of high quality and location was perfect to everything metro, Coleseum, walking around to the churches etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!. It was almost like our own apartment in Italy, with cooking facilities (we cooked breakfast daily), washing machine which was well appointed. And it just felt like home!

Cons: A bit noisy during the day with tourists. Maybe the AC blower in the room needs to be looked into (but to be fair the weather was crazy hot!!)

Pros: Property was amazing! So comfortable and nice to relax after all the walking

Exquisite apartment by the Collosseum

Pros: Exquisite, luxe apartment with high end finish, very comfortable bed and sofa and an awesome rain shower head. Right by the Colosseum and close to some great restaurants and cafes. Super helpful and hospitable staff. Would definitely book again next time we’re in Rome! Thank you for having us!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. It was well-equipped, with everything I needed to feel at home, including a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living room. The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything was in great working condition. The host was very friendly and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I would love to stay here again!
