Pros: The apartment has a great location — it’s really close to everything! The host was very nice and helpful. P.S. The place was super clean, which is really important to me. The air conditioner also worked perfectly.

If I ever return to Rome, I will stay here again.
Pros: The apartment was very nice, equipped as described. I rate very positively the Nespresso coffee machine and the abundance of capsules. Washing machine with dryer and capsules for washing. Kitchen equipment in which one can manage the basic cooking of simple meals. Comfortable bed, plenty of space for personal belongings and clothes. And also a very brisk and pleasant communication during accommodation, solving any problem, recommendations and tips in the area. The only small drawback is that the apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. On the other hand, the apartment is situated in a very quiet inner block. We slept with the window open and nothing disturbed us. The building itself is clean, historic and very nice.
Cons: I have nothing to criticize :)

Great place for your stay to visit Roma.
Pros: Great location for sightseeing and warm-hearted owner. Lots of good restaurants around the corner.
Cons: The door of the building cannot be opened via the link provided by the owner. This can be a trouble. No lift and the room is on the top of the building.

Clean, great location, communicative host.
Pros: I had an exceptional experience. It was very easy to check in. It’s incredibly close to the Coliseum (book a ticket for right when the coliseum opens to get the best experience). Looks just like the pictures!The windows were noise canceling which is great for this busy area. The ACs, water heaters, laundry machine, wifi, and stove all worked very well. The places was spotless and the bed sheets and towels were very clean. The host was very responsive and quick. I had an issue with the lock box one day and the quickly walked me through it and even provided a helpful video. I highly recommend this place as it is spacious and centrally located to so many great places to visit.

Great location
Pros: It was a very good location, super close to the coliseum. The design of the apartment was nice, it was big enough for the 4th of us. The window were super good because you didn’t hear anything from the outside.
Cons: The bed of the sofa bed wasn’t that comfortable and it was the 5th floor of the building so taking our bags to that floor was tough.

Pros: Location was perfect. Next to coloseum and easy to reach metro station. Apartman had everything you need for short stay. There are two rooms in the apartment and both of them have AC which is really useful with the heath. There are also a lot of blankets and towels.
Cons: It was clean, but it was not clean up to balkan mom standards. But that is nitpicking. Also it is last floor. So it can be hard to climb after 20k steps a day. But that just means you have to come prepared for a lot of walking( because its hard to go everywhere woth public transport - that is just how Rome is) plus doing 4 flights of stairs.

Pros: Asomarte a la ventana y ver el Coliseo es un lujo increible, mientras que el apartamento es tan acogedor como si fuese tu casa. Fabrizio siempre disponible para ayudar con lo que necesitábamos. El apartamento está totalmente equipado, cómodo y super limpio y amplio
Cons: La única pega es que es el último piso y no hay ascensor. Ojo con las maletas

Excepcional estancia en Roma
Pros: La ubicación fue perfecta. Puedes ver el Coliseo desde la ventana. Cerca de la estación de metro de Coliseo. El anfitrión fue muy amable y nos dio todo tipo de facilidades. Siempre ha estado disponible ante cualquier duda. Al apartamento no le falta detalle. Muy limpio, sábanas, toallas y vajilla nuevas. Suficiente espacio de almacenamiento.
Cons: No hay ascensor pero se suple con una ancha escalera con escalones bajos.

Pros: Хорошие и уютные апарты! Что важно - теплые даже зимой. Кровать очень комфортная, новое постельное белье. Посуда, приборы - все есть, можно готовить самим. Расположение отличное, близко парк, исторические места и район Монти, где много магазинчиков и кафе. Всегда на связи был управляющий, заселение удаленно, заранее прислали инструкции. Будьте готовы, что это 4 этаж, лифта нет - хорошая зарядка))
