Location, location, location in all the quirkiness of this little gem!

Pros: This quirky little apartment is unbelievably close to the Colosseum. For an onward wander to see the main sights of the city or the Metro towards Termini, the location is definitely fantastic! The main bed was very comfortable, but you definitely have to be careful on those ladders. The little court yard was beautiful to return to sit out later in the evening. Lots of pots and pans if you wanted to cook and whilst small the bathroom did the job...the pressure on the shower is fab!

Cons: What's not to like...

Pros: Super close to.colosseum . Sarah who took care of the checkin process was very warm and accommodating.. she explained all the necessary details. . Room.was very cozy and relaxing with complete tools

Had a really nice time

Pros: The location is top, right around the corner from Colosseum, the place is nice, it has everything for a comfortable stay and more, including some books, and a cute patio. The stairs to the bed are sturdy, so climbing up was not a problem.

Cons: I didn't manage to figure out the TV - too many remotes, and on the terrace in front there's a door that's been used in the morning with clanks and such, wish it was more private.

8.5 This is in the perfect location, with kitchen facilities included, right near the Colosseum!

Pros: The location of the property was amazing. Based on the location, it was easy to visit important historical sites. It was well equipped and we really appreciated having the kitchen facilities and the space to sit down and eat. The main bed and linen were very comfortable. The host was very accessible and responsive. There was a cafe/store at the end of the street that served delicious food.

Cons: This is an accommodation for young and/or physically fit people to enjoy. It is necessary to climb a ladder to access the comfortable bed, there are two steps inside the accommodation that North American homes do not generally have (one leading to the kitchen and one in the bathroom) that are easy to forget and trip down, and the futon was fine for me but someone larger and heavier would not find it comfortable for sleeping on. Make sure to get exact instructions about the code to enter the property: it requires punching the key symbol on the key pad, not just the numerals.

Amazing apartment and location with helpful host

Pros: The property was in an amazing location and was good for our family of four. Host was amazing and very helpful and accommodating.

In the center of all touristic attractions

Pros: Perfect location. We got the key from Daria who was waiting for us. Thanks a lot Daria for your recommendations - Ice-cream place and wine shop. Nice small tarace to sit and listen to the fountain. Kitchen fully equipped.

Cons: Everything was OK. Mind that to get to bed you need to climb a small lader so good to be fit for that ;)

Best location right next to the colosseum.

Pros: The host is very helpful and accommodating. It's the best location for those wanting to explore the city on foot. Fully equipped kitchen perfect to cook full meals. Perfect for 2 adults or a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Has a small outdoor seating area too with a beautiful rustic fountain. Absolutely loved this place. Will definitely come back.

Great location - brilliant facilities

Pros: The location of the property is brilliant, you walk out the front door, turn left and the colosseum is there. It’s incredible!

Cons: I think the bathroom could do with re-grouting or renovating but it all does the job

Pros: The location is unreal, if you’re a big fan of the colosseum it’s only a couple steps at the door. Kitchen was okay and usable. It felt very safe. Wifi was great

Cons: Unfortunately for me when we stayed there was a loud concert happening at the colosseum.
