Location location location with space and views as a bonus!

Pros: Nikki was amazing! The property is in the most amazing location. The house is comfortable, clean and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need. There is enough space to relax and enjoy the space.

Cons: The bathrooms water pressure is not amazing. There is no smart TV. Be aware there are stairs to climb to get to the apartment. But Nikki is there to help navigate.

Pros: We had the most special experience for my sons 21st birthday the apartment was beautiful and location perfect .

If you want a rooftop terrace in the best location in Rome - this is it!

Pros: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Superattico Sul Colosseo! The highlight of the apartment was definitely the breathtaking views of the Coliseum and Roman Forum right from the terrace – it felt like living in the heart of ancient Rome. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. A special shout-out to Nikki, the wonderful housekeeper, who was incredibly accommodating and let us store our bags before check-in, making our arrival so much smoother. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with two bathrooms, which was a great convenience. While the water pressure was a bit low, it wasn’t a problem at all and didn’t affect our experience you need to remember you are in a historic building. We can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a truly unforgettable Roman getaway!

Cons: It’s just the best stay!

Pros: Absolutely fabulous location, beside coloseum and metro station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes near by.

Pros: Amazing views, great location, close to major sites, and the Metro. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and the beds were comfortable. Thank you to our hosts and Nikkie, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous, gorgeous location and apartment.

Pros: Fab location, beautiful apartment (the photos really don’t do the property justice), beds were really comfortable and spacious living area. Nikki the property manager was so lovely and the apartment had everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: The advert didn’t make clear that the roof terrace is shared access, the door to the apartment didn’t lock properly- which didn’t cause any issues as we didn’t leave valuables.

Great location, helpful staff

Pros: Wonderful location, Nikki was great she showed us the apartment and was helpful. Nice view from the outdoor patio/balcony. Everything you needed. Really good wifi. Comfortable beds. Hot water for showers.

Cons: Some furniture is in need to repair or replacement inside and outside.
