Pros: They are not exaggerating about the one step from the Colosseum. It's almost like the Colosseum is in your backyard. Super convenient location, clean unit, 2 bathrooms so if you are a family it's perfect. Also if you are planning to walk from the station note you will have alot of stairs to climb.

Cons: Our tv didn't work and when we reached out it wasn't much help.

Pros: The location is perfect. The assistance when checking-in was perfect.

Cons: We stayed for a couple of nights as a family also using the sofa bed and it is clear after a night or two that it's not a bed for multiple nights. If the sofa bed was half as comfortable as the one in the bedroom then it would have been perfect. Hopefully this can be resolved for future guests. If we're in the city, we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment at great location

Pros: Lovely apartment with the charming patio. Clean, pretty and well equipped. Plenty towels and bed sheets ready on our arrival. Great contact including very welcoming check in. All on time and city tax paid by card :) I am storngly reccomending this apartment when visiting Rome. Thank you for great stay!!!

Pros: Lovely place, clean and very close to colosseum ,metro , lovely restaurant around . Giocomo is very lovely welcomed us to the accomodation. Surely will use the place again next time and recommend to my friends .

Pros: I absolutely loved the location!!!! It was right around the corner from the colosseum and all the amazing restaurants. Everything in within walking distance. No public transportation was needed.
