Amazing stay!

Pros: Rooms are newly renovated, everything works perfectly, comfortable, good communication with the host, WiFi is stable and works without hiccups (I did a couple home office days here) and I'm very happy with the price (I've got a reduced price in January)

Cons: This is not exclusive of this property: I've heard people all over Rome complaining about sound isolation. This apartment is no exception unfortunately, but you can live with it. Not recommended if you're VERY sensistive to noise

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay – highly recommended

Pros: I had a wonderful stay in Rome and this accommodation exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect — very central and within walking distance of many places, yet the area is quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I slept extremely well. You can really feel the attention to detail. Communication was excellent. Edoardo was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive, always available when needed and very professional. He made the whole stay smooth and stress-free. If I return to Rome, I would definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect location, gorgeous property

Pros: Gorgeous hotel in a lovely location Very close to Spanish steps, trevi fountain, bars restaurants, supermarkets and shops Perfect location Gorgeous clean and luxurious property. Would reccomend and would stay again.

Pros: Beautiful design, such a comfortable room, great location and great use of soaps and scents I love it so much I went to the shop nearby to buy

Cons: Elevator does not work, I need to carry my luggage up :(

Pros: Location is great, room is really modern, clean and comfortable. Everything like the air conditioning, mini fridge and bathroom were all great

Cons: Room is on the smaller side but it was grand for our 1 night stay. View out the window wasn’t great but the location was amazing
