Perfect hotel for a city break in Rome.

Pros: Perfect location right in the centre of Rome. Room was exceptionally clean and fresh towels etc provided each day. Staff were very helpful and were willing to answer any questions. Clear communication before entering the property.

Very good overall.

Pros: Location, cleanliness and bed were excellent. Staff, although very friendly and helpful, were most of the time, nowhere to be seen. Bathroom sink including mixers to sink and shower, although operational, need to be replaced since they showed staining and great usage. Some of the skirting in bathroom was poorly finished. Overall, the stay was very good.

Perfect stay in a perfect location

Pros: Awesome location, great facilities and nice staff. Honestly a perfect stay you can't fault the place. Housekeeping was great, equipment was great and the shower was really good as well.

Cons: It was perfect, just a heads though this isn't the hotel's fault but after a certain time the road outside turns into a pedestrian zone so when arriving or leaving you won't be able to get a taxi/uber from there so you'll need to walk up a bit with your luggage to somewhere you can get a cab. This is a small price to pay to be in the middle of Rome and to enjoy the atmosphere of people walking the streets.

Pros: Location was super perfect. Meters away from Spanish Steps, Fontana Di Trevi and Piazza di Spagna. Easy to take bus or taxi, perfect restaurants to dine in. The room was spacious and the bathroom also. Liza was of great help and very professional.

Perfect location, super friendly team, would highly recommend for anyone staying in central Rome.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our young family for shops, restaurants and local attractions. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful, they were incredible. The room was perfect, clean and ideal for us and extremely comfortable. Value for money compared to others nearby we both agreed how we were so glad we chose Borgognona rooms. Thank you all so much xx
