Pros: Good location and a very nice, clean room. Ms. Thais was extremely kind and helpful throughout our entire stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment

Perfect friendly place for a weekend break!

Pros: Everything! This is a great hotel, perfectly located for all the key places to visit. The rooms aren’t huge but you would pay double for something similar in the heart of a UK city. A big shout out to our hosts who were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The best spot in Rome historical center! The breakfast was delicious and rich. Our hostess Thais was very Kind, sweet, smily and helpful!!! We have no words to express our gratitude for her!!!! All the services luxurious and clean!!! We will be back, Gracia mille!!!👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️

Pros: The room was clean and located in a very central area, which was very convenient. Thais was very helpful and arranged a room change for us when an issue came up. She also sent us plenty of useful information about sightseeing and restaurant recommendations, which we really appreciated.

Cons: The only downside was the breakfast, as some basic items were missing (such as cheese and cold cuts).

Pros: Thais made us feel at home, she was very attentive and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. As we were leaving very early for the airport, she prepared a tray with some goodies for us to have a bite before heading off.

Cons: It can be a bit noisy as the main street can be crowded, but we solved this with earplugs.

Makes you fill like home. Staff like family.

Pros: Location is on the most fancy stret in Rome. walking distance to most of the tourist attractions and historical objectives. Room was very clean. Staff extremely kind and helpful. They make you feel at home. Next time we will stay in the same place for sure!!!

Pros: The location, decor and the exceptional front desk staff Thais and Alessia, who made it feel like home. They gave good instructions prior to arriving and were helpful in pointing us to a laundromat, arranging airport shuttle, eating recommendations. Also did a couple of free tours run by the hotel brand. Out of that came a trip to a wonderful lunch restaurant nearby frequented by Italians.

Cons: Shower a little small but not a big deal

Pros: The staff is exceptional, with tons of tips and always ready to help and serve with a smile. The location and facilities were also highlights.

Cons: Breakfast should be more complete, there is a lack of bakery and fresh pastries, and variety.

A good place to walk around the attractions of Roma

Pros: Amazing staff, smooth check-in & out, room was ready well ahead of time, comfortable bed, AC strong and airflow deflected away from the head of the bed, really nice decor of the room

Cons: The access to the premises is narrow and rather small. Lift is of size for 2 average persons which makes the entrance a bit hassle. The breakfast is american style: crackers, jams, eggs and toast except coffee which is good. The water in the shower needs time to adjust and also highly affected by sink next to it so do not let anybody use the sink as it rapidly changes the temperature of the water in the shower.

Pros: First of all, the location was super central, and we could easily walk everywhere. Our room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was great. But I’m mainly writing this to thank Thais. She was so cheerful and helpful that we honestly felt at home. When I come back to Rome, I’ll definitely stay here again. Dear Thais thank you so much once again!! ☺️
