Perfect !

Pros: The host were super helpful and kind The rooms were clean spacious very pretty We had a coffee machine and some snacks in the room :) This was my second time to rome The Location was perfect close to everything very safe area and lively Walking distance to the sights Would definitely recommend :)

Pros: Our stay in Rome was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless, and most importantly, it was thoroughly cleaned and tidied up every single day. The location is unbeatable: situated in a very quiet neighborhood, yet just a short stroll from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. ​The host was amazing! They were always available to answer our messages instantly and guided us with great tips. We also truly appreciated the flexibility with our arrival; since we arrived early, they kindly allowed us to check in ahead of schedule. A flawless experience that I highly recommend!

Beautiful, modern apartment with a perfect location in Rome!

Pros: The apartment was clean, and very comfortable. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Rome, close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. Everything I needed was provided, making my stay truly enjoyable and stress-free!

Pros: Our stay at Residenza Frattina was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, very central and ideal for exploring Rome on foot. The staff were extremely responsive and always ready to help. On a rainy day, as soon as we asked for an umbrella, they immediately provided us with two umbrellas, which we really appreciated. The room was cleaned every day and always spotless. We were pleasantly surprised to find a croissant or snacks in the room daily, along with coffee and tea that were replenished every day. The room itself was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained.

Pros: Proximity to everything. Clean room. Easy check in.

Be mindful of what floor they're booking you on. The staff were very helpful.

Pros: Had a change of room on check-in. The room was extremely large and spacious. Very nicely decorated. Extras were included, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, safe, continental breakfast, coffee machine, tea, water- both sparkling and natural.

Cons: The lift only services those rooms on the 3rd floor. Those on the second have to walk 4 flights of stairs - 2 flights for each floor. Be aware. At 65 - I couldn't stay on the 2nd floor.

Pros: There was no breakfast included but it was not a problem because the location gives so many opportunities to eat outside! Also there was a coffe machine and some light snacks every day delivered to the room! that was great - especially coffe and selection of tea!

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Pros: Couldn't have booked a more central location! Also not noisy. We walked everywhere. The room was very clean with daily replensihment of towels, and toiletries. Had an espresso machine in the room and we were even provides with snacks on a daily basis. Even the water was replenished as we always took the two small bottles with us. The communication was just excellent. We never saw anyone on the property, however, communication via whatsapp was prompt. We found assistance with booking of a taxi back as well. Thank you

Cons: The only thing I would comment is the lift. It goes on the 3rd floor but not on 2nd. We had quite some luggage and on the day of arrival arrived early so had to go on 3rd floor with lift down with luggage and up again when room was ready. Apart from that all was perfect and would stay there again when I go to Rome!!

Pros: Great location and beautiful building, Love the tradition. Rooms clean, secure and staff helpful.

Cons: It’s small so you have to organise your things well to not trip over your things. Good things come in small packages so what lacked in size made up for in location.
