YCH-Butterfly Flat close Trevi Fountain

Pros: The room was very good location around Trevi, which is a very touristic part of the city. If you want to walk around the city you should choose this apartement.

Cons: If you want calmness, this room not for you because the area is very crowded

Pros: Great location! Clean and comfy. Easy to come and go at our leisure. Very quiet considering it was quite a busy street outside.

Pros: I liked it. It's clean, comfortable, but if you open the windows, you can't sleep. But the air conditioner works perfectly.

Pros: Very comfortable and modern room, the facilities were clean and new. Location was great and the staff were helpful.

Good modern apartment close to amenities, a bit noisy but it is in city centre so that’s expected.

Cons: Floor under bed wasn’t cleaned and rubbish left under bed. No coffee pods provided for machine, I understand it is self catering but wasn’t aware of which pods to bring or buy so couldn’t use it. Apartment entry wasn’t ideal as had to make sure phones didn’t run out of battery in order to use the keyless entry via online link.

Pros: Great location close to the major must-see places in Rome.

Cons: Some more efforts could be put on the cleaning.

Cons: Although at first glance it seems like a chic apartment, the cleanliness and finishing touches still need improvement considering the amount they ask for per night. Also, the mattress was very uncomfortable. And the duvet was covered in 2 sheets, not in proper linen. I missed a large mirror where I could fully admire myself after getting dressed. And the bathroom sink is very low and splashes very loudly. At 5 in the morning when the garbage trucks come to load the garbage from the terraces, expect to hear bottles thrown for 15 minutes every morning, even if the windows are closed. The day I arrived I had to write to the host how to check in, he also got the room wrong, and I had to insist on the wifi password, and when I left I sent a message and didn't even receive a goodbye.

We enjoyed our stay, walked to all sites, except the Vatican. Our host was available if needed.

Pros: Modern, clean apartment in a perfect location to visit all the sites.

Cons: Unlocking the door. Would prefer a lock with a shorter code or a lock box with keys .

Great location, basic comfort is there.

Pros: Location was excellent, very close to Trevi fountain, the facility was fine especially for one person. Appreciated washing machine as I was in Italy on a longish stay. Communication with the agent was fine.

Cons: On first day of stay electricity went off due to malfunction of the key, so I stayed without electricity, it was fixed next day, it was hard as there is no natural sunlight much in the room and bathroom. Then the bed had problems with legs and I was slipping down due to it ,it was also fixed next day. Also you have to sort and throw your own garbage but there is not where to sort this garbage, no specific containers and room is small to have those bags all around. It takes time to find the garbage bins in neighbourhood even though instructions are clear where to find them. Table and chair are plastic, pretty and stylish though not super comfortable, where to store clothes as well too basic so for long stay I did not really feel comfortable. Overall I felt deceived due to these malfunctions, as there was always something to fix and the hosts did not even think to reimburse back for the major discomfort, that 3 days out of 6 I had to run after these communications and not plan according to my sightseeing needs. Even symbolic gesture would have been nice, but I guess they are confident they can find customers so they did not care.
