Majestic stay near the Spanish stairs

Pros: The location near the Spanish stairs is perfect, and even though it is very central, it was quiet at night. The room was majestic, absolutely beautiful, and comfortable. It had everything you need, even a fridge and coffee machine. The staff was super friendly and I could also store my bags. It was an absolutely wonderful stay and I would definitely come back!

Would definitely recommend. Ideal base to explore Rome.

Pros: Perfect location. The room was large and clean. Simona was so lovely. She was very helpful and easy to contact. She went out of her way to ensure we had a perfect stay. Ron at reception was also friendly and very helpful.

Pros: I couldn’t recommend this hotel more! Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were lovely. We were there celebrating my partner’s birthday, I let the staff know and they put up a banner and gave us champagne! Brilliant location, 1 minute walk from the spanish steps. Lots of places to eat and drink very very close by. We want to return to rome and will definitely book here again!

Cons: The shower pressure could’ve been better but it was nothing too bad.

Pros: everything exceeded expectations, except that a wall with the adjoining room was not fully sound proof, as I had a bad cough I was concerned of disturbing the neighbours. Great local recommendations from owner.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like The apartments are on the second floor with no lift, which might be difficult for some

A superb spot, perfectly located with great staff.

Pros: Proximity to restaurants, bars, shopping and major Roman landmarks. It was incredibly quiet given its central location. The staff were very helpful and great to chat with.

Cons: The stairs! Laundry facilities would be fabulous.

Amazing experience and Great Location

Pros: Simona was very helpfull with everything from the beginning of the stay till the end. She gave us plenty information regarding Rome and where to go. Room was very nice, great bathroom and plenty of space.

Pros: I stayed before with a friend, then moved to a different room. I enjoed the location, staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cons: I just did not like the room whefe I stayed with my friend. The windows were on a street and it cam get loud during night. But the room is gorgeous.
