Great place to stay in a great location

Pros: Location Communication Comfy bed Cleanliness Aircon Facilities

Pros: Location was awesome!!! A few meters from Spagna Metro and it's surrounded by cafés, restaurants, shops, and gelato.

Cons: There was no elevator to the 2nd floor. We had to carry our heavy luggage up.

Perfect Accommodation

Pros: Location excellent, they gave us free waters which was nice & let us keep our bags in a locker after checking out

Pros: Very comfortable suite with access to well equipped communal kitchen. Great location with friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Internet connection was not great. It would be good to have a small desk and chair in the suite or common area for computer use.

Pros: Spacious and thoughtfully attended suite in a wonderful location. The managers are very good with communication and support. We had a small issue with the plumbing, and they attended to it immediately.

Cons: Nothing about the property itself - it's excellent. But a note of warning about a nearby eating place - Osteria 31 - avoid it. The food was dreadful, and they tried to overcharge us as well. There are plenty of very good places to eat nearby. This isn't one of them.

Pros: We had absolutely everything we needed and the location was fabulous. The area is so safe, great shops and vibey restaurants near by. It is an easy 2 min walk to Spada metro station and the Spanish steps.

Amazing stay at outstanding location.

Pros: The place is amazing, clean and comfortable. It has toiletries and refreshments available as well as an access to the kitchen if required. The team is super nice and very helpful. Location just outstanding! Recommended and would stay again. Thank you 😊

Cons: Not that much natural light, but we were not there during the day, so didn’t bother us.

Pros: Id like to start by saying we were a little nervous about this place after reading reviews elsewhere that this was a scam. I think their site had been hacked? We had all our fears taken away after getting there and actually checking in. We had good communication with the host team, and we were met at the property at the time we requested. The suite was amazing, spacious, modern and very comfortable, beyond what we expected. It was very quiet and we had a good night's sleep. The location is perfect, a short walk from the Spanish steps and the metro station. We walked to a lot of the must see sights within half an hour. There are many restaurants in the vicinity, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Just perfect

Pros: The whole process was effortless, we were welcomed at the premises even though we arrived a lot later than expected and we thought the accommodation was in a perfect location and beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, everything was very clean and and also had tea and coffee making facilities. We would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Pros: Location was fantastic. The room was so cute and a good size and was just like the pictures. The communal kitchen facilities were great. Air-conditioning was great.
