Amazing location, lovely staff :)

Pros: Location is fantastic! seconds from the Spanish steps and so many great places to eat. We booked 2 rooms and were given 2 apartment rooms so not quite hotel vibes but the rooms were sufficient for our stay. The lady on reception, Parisa was lovely. We had a nightmare with our flight but she was so accommodating and helped us as much as she could. I asked a lot of questions prior to our stay and she was always available to answer questions. Thank you so much :)

Cons: In the centre of Rome, the buildings are very old so there will always be issues with smells and rain lol We visited in the winter and there was a lot of water leakage downstairs while trying to get into the lift because of the rain and there was a lot of mould in 1 of our rooms. There was also a very strong smell of mould in the lift which may bother some people. Again this is no fault of the staff, it is just because of the buildings (which are beautiful) The shower cubical was also very small which could also be difficult for some as it was for 1 of my friends.

Perfect location. Recommended

Pros: Perfect location. Walkable to all piazzas. There is carrefour nearby. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. Spagna is a perfect location.

Cons: I understood that 1 key is provided per room. and staff in the reception is until 4 pm only. hopefully there is a support for travelers who needed additional access to the room, main gates. travelers can be groups and separated while on tour. and 1 key is issued.

Pros: Amazing location, loved being right in the action. Comfortable beds.

Excellent location - peace and quiet right in the midst of the Spanish steps area

Pros: Location is amazing - right Spanish steps - yet the room was very quiet with no street disturbance. Walking distance from all tourist attractions, very good restaurants nearby

Short break in Rome and location of the room was perfect to manage to get to do a lot in a couple of days

A nice experience

Pros: The location was good,almost 2 min to walk subway. Also, staff was nice. They helped about any need very fastly.

Cons: We chosed one twin bed for two person. We faced that there were 2 single bed. Then they migrated the two single bed to fix the problem. If you are showing twin bed/double bed option, you should have twin/double bed :(

I recommend this accommodation for exploring the sights of Rome

Pros: The apartments are located in the very center, you can walk to all attractions, there is a metro station nearby, many restaurants, small grocery stores and fashion stores.

Cons: Sometimes we heard noise from neighboring rooms

overnight stay prior to flying home

Pros: The location was excellent and the staff were attentive. Extremely helpful with advice and organising my transfer to the airport. Very friendly and lovely girl.

Cons: It had a smell like sewerage, or blocked drains

what kept us coming back particularly is because of the level of service. They always try to meet your requests provided

Pros: location is excellent. it’s central to shopping and key sights. if not by walk, subway station is a mere 100 m away. it’s our 4th stay here. that’s how loyal we are!

Cons: the rain shower water pressure could be more consistent. but at no time we’re we deprived of a good shower. it’s more of a minor ask.
