Pros: This is our favorite place when we come to Rome! Stephanie gave us the room with the black windowed shower which was absolutely amazing! We'll see you again in summer!

Great location, maybe better suited for couple rather than family as bathroom small but clean.

Pros: no breakfast included, we knew that. location was good.

Cons: Just no milk or enough tea / coffee for family of 3 people. It was a little noisy through the night outside. Even though the location was very good the Taxi driver did not know how to get us there, and we walked dragging our trolly bags over cobble stones.

It was an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay—I’ll definitely choose this place again next time!

Pros: The location is very convenient, with a subway station just a short walk away and the Spanish Steps nearby. It's also very quiet and comfortable for sleeping at night. The staff were very attentive—they waited for us at the entrance upon arrival and even called after the booking to inform us about important details.

Perfect, everything we needed for a short stopover in Rome

Pros: Location was excellent... Walking distance to Collusium, Vatican etc..Lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep...communication from Sonia was excellent

Cons: A little noisy early mornings but nothing that could be helped.. A lick of paint would really brighten the room...
