Lovely stay and perfect for a solo traveler!

Pros: Amazing location, close to many key locations and the Spagna metro is close by. If you are interested in browsing the luxury brands, many are at your doorstep.

Cons: As it’s an older property and therefore you can’t make many changes the noise is an issue. If you are a light/mid sleeper, you will need good earplugs.

Pros: the service / concierge was very good and responding on time

Pros: An excellent stay in the very heart of the city, located in a beautiful apartment just next to Via Condotti, one of the most luxurious and safest streets. As a woman traveling alone, I felt completely comfortable and safe throughout my stay. There are several rooms within the apartment. The main entrance is secured with a code, and you access your own room with a personal key card. There is a warm and cozy shared sitting and coffee area, and coffee is also provided inside the room. The room was spotlessly clean and very warm. The bathroom was beautiful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Cleanliness and comfort are my top priorities, and this place exceeded my expectations in both aspects.

Cons: The only minor downsides: storage space in the bathroom is somewhat limited, and there is only a small area to hang clothes in the room, along with a few shelves. Additionally, there is no elevator in the building. However, the reception staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and I’m sure they would assist you if you have heavy luggage. None of these were an issue for me.

Great place to stay

Pros: Very clean and a good size. Room was serviced everyday. Nice to have the two free bottled water each day. Close to shops, metro and restaurants. Easy to get to all the attractions. Minimal traffic out side the room (Room 1 second floor). Excellent communication via whatsapp (getting into the apartment after office hours, where to go suggestions

Cons: As the road is cobbled there is a low frequency rumble with passing traffic. Main front door to the apartment block is spring loaded so can bang as other residents enter and leave. So if you're a light sleeper and go to bed early may need some ear plugs.

Pros: Lovely bedroom and bathroom Great location for the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain -and all the beautiful high end dress shops are in the area if you want to shop Also many delicious restaurants in the vicinity . The receptionist in the Belsiana shop opposite the property was so helpful in arranging a taxi for us .

Cons: Would have been nice to have a little milk for coffee in the fridge we only had one night there The two flights of stairs were a challenge without a lift -we had been informed -but it was an arm straining challenge !! Must pack lighter in the future ! The bed mattresses separated easily creating a ditch between them !

Pros: Location was perfect! All the key sites were within walking distance with plenty of really nice restaurants, really close to the supermarket as well so very convenient for long days out. Reception isn’t 24 hour but the staff were excellent with instructions for getting to the place and very helpful with any questions or recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Really quiet considering the location and slept very well.

Cons: Only real downside was the stairs but it’s okay if you do not have issues with mobility.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Rome

Pros: BeSecret Belsiana is simply exceptional. Located just steps from Piazza di Spagna, it offers the perfect Roman experience. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming (Neloo was amazing!), making you feel at home from the very first moment. But what truly stands out are the rooms (brand new), spacious, filled with natural light, and impeccably clean. An absolute gem for anyone looking for comfort and style in the best part of the city.

Pros: Pros: Location, location, location. The room is in an excellent location in Rome, very close to the Spanish Steps, Via del Corso, and many other attractions. The room was clean, well-equipped, and quite spacious.

Cons: Cons: The rooms are located on the second floor of an older building. The staircase is beautiful and unique—possibly original—but it is quite narrow and uneven, which makes going up and down with luggage somewhat challenging. Although it was mentioned in advance that there is no elevator, the stairs may still be difficult for some guests. In addition, this is not a traditional hotel, so there is no reception and communication is handled via WhatsApp, which may be less convenient for guests who prefer on-site assistance.
