Fantastically situated with great bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

Pros: A great base for exploring central Rome. By Roman standards it was very spacious and the bathroom was excellent.

Pros: I was there the 14th and 15th of february and I totally recommend this hotel. The staff was super nice and the room was lovely. The location was also great. I would say that it was totally worth the money and if I go back to Rome I would like to stay here again without a doubt.

Pros: Great location. Fresh towels and room clean every day. Host allowed us to store our luggage for the day after check out.

Cons: Thin walls, very noisy at night. The room had a bad smell the entire time we stayed.

Pros: Location was perfect. Loads of restaurants near by and 7/8 mins from Trevi and 2/3 mins from Spanish steps. Communal area with coffee machine.

Cons: Balcony is smaller than I thought. Just enough room for two chairs.

Pros: Walking distance to the Vatican, restaurants and high end shops are next door. Good place to take a walk day or night.

Cons: The rubbish collection starts at 3am and it goes to 8am. If you don’t mind the noise then this place is good place to stay

A spacious and well-located stay near the Spanish Steps.

Pros: This was a great stay! The room was very spacious for Rome, and the ensuite was also clean and roomy. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the Spanish Steps. The property consists of four rooms within one apartment, with a shared communal area that includes a coffee machine and some cake, which was a nice touch. There’s a small elevator in the building, which made it much easier to bring our suitcases upstairs. Housekeeping came daily, although our towels weren’t changed during the stay, which I would have expected. Other than that, everything was lovely, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Cons: Towels should be replaced.
