Good value

Pros: Excellent location for someone who wants to find a comfortable bed and a nice shower at the end of a long walking day. Also located on a quiet street. Really close to public transportation and only 20 minutes to walk to Colosseum. Respectful and helpful staff (thank you again for the umbrella and panettone). Clean property. Loved the small terrace.

Cons: Even though the breakfast had fresh products it was the same thing everyday and we stayed there for 5 nights. Very strict about the quantity, “only 2 eggs per room” as one lady from the staff tolds us.

Pros: The hotel has good infrastructure, the rooms are quite new and good.

Cons: There is a woman who works at breakfast who is extremely rude and disrespectful to the guests. It looks like a poorly trained horse.

Convenient Stay in Rome with Pleasant Staff

Pros: Convenient stay not far from the train station- Manzoni. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was decent & we liked the cappuccinos they made. The bed was comfortable and the room had mostly everything you would need for a short stay. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Cons: The wifi was extremely poor (terrace room)- basically not useable at times during the evening and mornings which makes using phones or laptops quite hard. Things took forever to load. It kept dropping out from our phones and that happened across our 4 day stay. The bathroom was a bit smelly (smelt like sewage) but after alerting reception, they seemed to fix the issue.

Pros: The staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially Francesca, who was very kind and professional.

I would advise the hotel to other people!

Pros: I liked everything! The breakfast was great to me and the stuff was amazing and helpful!

Cons: The only thing I would advise for improvement is the WiFi network, it didn’t work properly 🙁

Quiet stay close to Rome’s attractions

Pros: The hotel was on a side, quiet street, therefore really good for relaxation. It was a small hotel, more on the boutique side, but very well located, within walking distance (20 mins) of certain tourist attractions (Collosseum, 2 papal basilicas) or the Terrmini train station. The staff was really helpful and the room was great, with all necessary amenities. It opened on a small immer courtyard, with a tree and plants, which made it feel you hd your own small garden, to share with only a couple of other guests (there were only 3 rooms with access to this courtyard). Breakfast was good, even if minimalistic, with great coffee (it would have been a shame if not, we were in Italy after all).

Cons: I was booked in the room that should accommodate also people with disabilities and I am seriously wondering how somebody using a wheelchair could get to this room as the access was provided through a couple of inner stairs, one of them quite narrow. Not a problem for people with no mobility issues though.

Pros: Cleanliness, daily room cleaning, air-conditioning and breakfast (definitely above the Italian standard), location (4 min walk to metro station). A wonderful stay, thank you!

Great hotel not far from all the attractions of this beautiful city

Pros: Great location, only a short bus ride or metro to the main attractions. All the staff we met were very helpful & friendly. The room was the perfect size for me and my sons stay. Breakfast was good & the pastries were very tasty. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: The Sky tv wasn't working when we first arrived, but to be fair, we were so tired after all our sightseeing that we never tried it again during our stay.

Don't hesitate, you will be pleased

Pros: Location is just a few minutes walk from collaseum Keep to the right of the main road for the view from the park. And for me in an amazingly quiet area. Not a sound from the street. Impressed that reception put the air con heater to make my room snug! Also invited to checkin really early. 2 bottles of water included. Great breakfast choice. Ham cheese cereal one sweetcake and sliced bread and salad items. Only fruit& natural yoghurt missing!

Cons: Loo seat needs fixing!

Pros: The staff were wonderful, always helpful and kind. The hotel was spotless and peaceful, with regular cleaning and fresh towels. It truly felt like great value for money—a lovely and relaxing stay!
