Cons: Our room was a bit cold because the heater didn't work, however very quickly the staff brought us a new heater so the issue was resolved quickly :)

Pros: You get exactly what you pay for. The rooms are perfect size for two people looking for cheap accommodation.
Cons: The rooms were very small so probably not able to facilitate families. The walls are really thin so you can hear people walking around and talking in the room next to you constantly.

Apart from the facilities, the customer service was truly excellent.
Pros: It was well kept, with good-sized rooms, a decent breakfast service and excellent location.
Cons: The shower was a little temperamental but I got used to it quickly.

Great Value for Money and a Very Pleasant Stay
Pros: The hotel exceeded our expectations. It offers excellent value for money, a great location, clean rooms, and genuinely friendly staff. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the small welcome gifts in the room — a very thoughtful detail. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
Cons: The only thing that could be improved is the room temperature. It was a bit chilly, and on the first day the heating was turned on only in the evening and overnight. On the second night it wasn’t turned on, so the room felt somewhat cold.

The hotel was quite a nice hotel and the staff were great.
Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We received a free bottle of Prosecco on arrival which was quite a surprise. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast, so nice to enjoy the culture.
Cons: There was no lift so a little awkward carrying luggage up the stairs. The neighbourhood was a little dodgy.

A convenient stay in a quieter neighbourhood in Rome
Pros: It's a nice, quirky hotel and the staff are really friendly. It's not too far to walk from Roma Termini, but it's a bit slower if you have luggage with you as the streets uneven and there's lots of traffic (about a 20-min walk). There are basic amenities provided in the room itself (water, soaps etc.) and other drinks & snacks are provided downstairs in a communal area - including a daily 'breakfast snack' of very sweet pastries. It's easy to walk into the centre for the main attractions (about 20 mins) and close enough to Roma Termini for the tour bus stops.
Cons: The way the 'private external balcony' is labelled is unclear - it's actually a shared roof terrace which is on the floor above the room itself and only certain guests/rooms have access to it. I was expecting an external balcony which was attached to our room - so this was a bit disappointing.
