We enjoyed our stay in Rome and we will definitely be coming back in the future.

Pros: We felt the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They greeted us very warmly and made our stay enjoyable. We especially liked the effort they demonstrated in ordering us a taxi and making it known what is available in Rome during our stay. Definitely a great location as well due to the proximity to the Rome Train Terminal.

Good stay

Pros: The hotel it’s located close to the metro , supermarket and a few restaurants, the metro is so easy to use in Rome as they have just 2 lines , so been close to the metro facilitate to go to all the tourist areas and from the airport was easy too .

Cons: In the room I was we had a small frigobar but was not working properly , no chilling drinks or small food. Other than that we had AC, room as cleaned every day , enough space , was comfortable and close to the amenities.

Great hotel, close to public transport, friendly staff

Pros: Hotel staff very friendly and helpful when we asked for suggestions to eat. She took her time to explain where the best area was to get value/quality for money. Tram stop around the corner and about a 15 minute walk to Termini station. Clean towels and beds made every day.

Cons: The room was slightly dated, but for our purposes it was fine!

I would say a lot but I think it's enough to say that it was extraordinary for us.

Pros: I liked everything, the location was great, the hotel was clean, quiet, the room was very spacious, the view from the balcony was beautiful, the hotel was located close to the tourist areas and very close to public transport.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

Pros: Location was good for transport links. Clean room and glad the room had air conditioning

Cons: Sound proof of rooms. Could hear the people in the room next door talking and could hear all doors being opened and closed

Pros: Perfect hotel for a short stay which is near by Bus stops and trams. Hotel reception was so friendly and they allowed us to keep the luggage near reception after the checkout.

Pros: The receptionist were lovely and competent. The room was bigger than expected, pretty nice. Good location.

Cons: The walls are extremely thin. I would hear entire conversations and every single noise, so sleeping was difficult.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Center 3. Everything was great, especially the location, which made it easy to explore Rome. Our room was spacious, well furnished, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating — they even let us leave our luggage in a staff room after checkout, which was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

Cons: The only minor issue was a broken electric kettle in the room, but it didn’t cause any inconvenience.

Good location and value for money

Pros: The location of the hotel is great and not far from the Termini station. The area felt safe and there were restaurants and shops around. There is a tram stop nearby while the nearest metro station is 10 minutes away. The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice and helpful.
