Pros: I stayed here for two separate 1 night stays in December, in the bedroom with a large terrace. Check-in was via WhatsApp as they closed reception from 3pm. Very easy, if you use WhatsApp. Everything was fine. The door opens directly onto a staircase, with low beam on the way up. Avoid!😁 Excellent value for money in low season.

Pros: Towels are changed everyday and drinking water provided. Very good localization.

We would definitely go back again.

Pros: Everything was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. They changed towels every day.

Cons: It was a litrle cold but we had airconditioner and it warmed up room really nice.

Beyond the expectations

Pros: I really like the location, it’s so close to Colosseo and every public transportation stops, also the opportunity of leaving the luggages into the locked storage after check-out. In addition, I found the Italian breakfast (cornetto/coffee) as very kind offer. I definitely recommend it.

Cons: The room's walls were very thin, and because we were on the ground floor, we could hear everyone coming and going very clearly.

Would stay again.

Pros: Great communal areas inside and outside, small but nice breakfast selection , an unexpected bonus. Good location for attractions . Staff on check in friendly and helpful.

Pros: Easy to check in, helpful staff, location is close to a metro stop and 51 bus stop

Pros: I like the following three thing 1-They offered breakfast for free 2-The contact me regular even before arriving to provide the necessary information 3-In general they were very welcoming and with great sense of hospitality

Pros: reasonably close to main attractions.We walked to most of the main ones and shopping dining areas.

Cons: A bit noisy as we were on ground floor by front door.

Great for short stay!

Pros: Communication before stay was very effective through booking and WhatsApp. Check in was very smooth, location was perfect - 20min walk from Termini station, and 7min walk from manzoni metro station. There was plenty of restaurants around, and even a supermarket down the road. Room was small but we only slept there; bathroom was tiny and we struggled a little bit. There was a fridge in room which was convenient. Breakfast was simple but nice touch - coffee, juice and pastries.

Cons: Location was perfect, however the street was quite noisy with people chatting outside and riding scooters at all hours. You could also hear everything in the hotel - when people came in, when they opened doors, when they were using hair dryer. The hotel had signs asking people to be quiet at night time but those didn’t really work. I slept with ear plugs for most of the stay.
