The Cross Hotel

Pros: Very very friendly Front Desk. Comfortable and Clean, one of the better 3 Star hotels!

Pros: The room was nice, comfortable, very clean, friendly staff. The location isn’t the closest, but 5 minutes walking to metro and bus so was easy to get everywhere. 👌🏻

Short weekend stay at the end of a trip

Pros: We had a short stay during the larger trip through Italy, and it was good. The staff was really nice and helpful, the room was comfortable to stay and sleep. Location is also good, not so far from Termini station, and a lot of cafes & restaurants around.

Cons: One small suggestion - it would be nice to have at least a small complimentary bottle of water in the room. Though tap water seems to be potable, it may not be suitable for everyone.

I wish I had a few more days there!

Pros: The front desk team, Roberto and the rest were always very helpful and polite. I wish I had more days to spend there!

Cons: Nothing the hotel can do but a slightly nicer location. From the main metro station the walk to the hotel isn't great but once you get there everything is really good!

Very pleasant stay.

Pros: The room is clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very good. It is in the nice location close to metro line A.

Cons: I do not have remarks.

Great, would come back if I’ll revisit Rome for leisure.

Pros: Location in a quiet neighborhood whilst still being close to a metrostation and less then 30min walk from the colloseum

Friendly stuff, clean, good breakfast. Value for money exceptional.

Pros: Our stay was very pleasant, the staff was great from the moment we stepped through the door. Rooms were very clean, breakfast have exceeded our expectations, location is good for using metro, which is 5 minutes away.

Cons: The windows ane walls are okay for Italian standards, but if you are used too good soundproofing, you should expect a little rumble. At night it gets more peaceful and is normal for sleeping

Pros: The staff is very competent, from reception to the bar. We had a problem with the hair dryer, and they quickly sent someone to fix it. And kudos to Ali, the barman. Besides the delicious drinks he made for us, he had very interesting topics to discuss and recommended some nice restaurants in Rome.

Cons: We were not expecting to be charged the city taxes, but the staff explained that the government requires it. The acoustic isolation of the room isn't good, as we could hear people talking and transit outside, which disturbed our rest a bit.

I would stay here again in the future as it is so far the best hotel in Rome I have stayed in.

Pros: The hotel is located in a nice area, easily accessible, and in a short commute to all main attractions in the city. It is a very nice hotel, quite well maintained and better than some 4 star hotels in Rome I stayed in. It offers a nice breakfast.

Cons: The only disadvantage with this hotel is a the stairs. You need to climb the stairs with luggage and if you are not located in the central building (the hotel has 4 buildings), then you need to carry your luggage down the stairs and up the stairs of the other building.

It was a good experience without any reasonable problems.

Pros: The location was wonderful, it`s near the Colosseum. Also near to the metro station and the Termini station. The room and cleaning service was great. The hotel have 4 small buildings inside their territory? and because of that it`s very quiet in the hotel rooms.

Cons: The breakfast was good and tasty, but there is a lack of options to choose from. And the food was not quite warm. And in the room you don`t have a water to drink and you don`t have a kettle and iron also.
