Great location in a quiet neighborhood.

Pros: We had the quad room, simple amenities and brand new room and bathroom. We enjoyed that it was located centrally but in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to this affordable gelato, so we enjoyed the gelato every night before going home.

Cons: We like to drink tea or hot drinks before retiring and when walking up. We would have loved those facilities, Just kettle and cups to boil make a small cup of tea.

Pros: Room on the 4th floor was just renovated and clean. Location was perfect, close to the metro and bus, walking distance to the Colosseum. We received a card with a discount for a good restaurant nearby. They clean the room daily and provide water.

Cons: Stains on sheets and towels, even though everything else was clean.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, was waiting for us to check in after midnight. Hotel is 15min walk from Colosseum, we found pretty nice Caffès and restaurants in the area.

Cons: The room was smaller than looked like in the pictures.

Pros: We recently stayed at Family house hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location was good, offering easy access to all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff were very kind and I had everything I needed. Overall, it was excellent value for the price paid.
