Convenient and clean

Pros: Very clean room, close to Rome Central Station location

A great option to stay at Rome, near tourist spots and with a great cost-benefit ratio. Great staff!

Pros: Hotel Caracciolo was a great option for our first stay at home. It's a reasonable walking distance to many tourist spots in Rome and is really close to Santa Maria Maggiore, a must-see in Rome. The receptionist that greeted us, Camila, was absolutely brilliant and made us feel very welcomed in Rome. She helped us a lot with locations and addresses and was extremely nice and helpful. There isn't breakfast at the hotel but they offer a discount a really good nearby café with great staff and good food options. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the bathrooms are new or recently reformed. It was a wonderful stay and we would sure come back when we return to Rome.

A Roma New Year

Pros: This was a great little hotel, there is nothing we could suggest for improvement. Everything was clean and tidy and the recommendation for café breakfast at espresso 32 was great too. We want to especially thank Camilla for the way in which she welcomed us, provided information and had a great sense of humor. We really enjoyed the stay for the friendliness of staff as much as the beautiful sights of Rome.

Pros: Amazing and friendly staff, really helpful tips on what to see. Clean and tidy, noisy area but the rooms are nice and quiet.

Pros: We arrived at 8 a.m., checked in immediately, and didn't have to wait until the check-in time.

Cons: If you don't have early check-in, you can't enter the hotel or leave your luggage until check-in time

Friendly, clean, good price & in walking distance to the train station

Pros: The location is great as it's in walking distance to the train station. The hotel staff is very friendly, easy accessible, main door secured with an entry code and the room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and lacked nothing.

Cons: It is not the cleanest part of the city. I felt sad and in the beginning also unsure about what this means for me as an obvious tourist when I saw the couple of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk in this area. However after 4 days the uneasiness had disappeared (not the sad sensation though).

Amazing

Pros: The location was perfect. The room was super clean, they clean the room every day. And the women on the reception, was super positive and helpful ( especially the younger one). Help us with the restorants and with the METRO! When we visit rome again, 100% we gonna stay at the same place!

Will come back to the same hotel for my next trip to Rome

Pros: Breakfast was not available in the Hotel but for the location proposed was good.

Cons: everything was Excelent in general
