Filippo Hotel, boss this is for You ! Best Regards from Macedonia !!!

Pros: Everything was perfect, the best staff ever. Very kind, and warmly welcomed. We will definitely be back in Filippo Hotel, when we will be in Rome.

Pros: This hotel owner has two properties near each other. We were booked in the Filippo location but taken to the Sky Hotel location. Absolutely no problem. The lady, Sabrina, was gracious and helpful. Excellent location. I've never had a 2 star hotel change out all the linens daily before. Quiet courtyard, comfortable bed. Unfortunately in 3 days they weren't able to get the wifi working.

Cons: Wifi didn't get fixed in 3 days,

Suprisingly elegant rooms in a convinient position

Pros: This hotel is in a very convenient zone, super close to Termini railway station. From outside, it does not look anything special, but inside the rooms are very nice and elegant, very comfortable. I totally recommend this place.

Cons: The rooms have international electric plugs, which is surely a plus for international tourists. Unfortunately, Italian plugs do not fit, so you may need to ask for an adaptor to the hotel personnel.

Nice hotel in a historic building, not far from the sights

Pros: The hotel is located next to the central station, it is 20-30 minutes to walk to the sights, it is quite comfortable. There is an elevator. A wonderful old building, with a historic elevator. Convenient check-in . There are dishes, a kettle and a coffee machine. It is a pity that there was no cot, but there is a large bed in the room, the three of us comfortably fit

Cons: The hotel is located in the Asian area, in the evening it is not safe to walk there, according to my feelings. There are a lot of untidy-looking people walking around

Pros: Room is big size. Location is fantastic, really 2 steps away from bus stop, where you can take bus to central attractions.

Cons: the bath tap is a seating one - not used to it

Ok place (close to Termini station) for a short stay

Pros: Hotel has a nice location, 5min walk from the bus station at Termine where buses to the airport(s) leave. I had an early morning flight so for me it was important to be close to that station. The street where the hotel is are mostly chinese owned shops and it is peaceful and safe. Next to it is street where are some strange guys hanging out but luckily for me they have not been there in the morning. Lady that gave me a keys was a younger pleasant girl with good english, helpful and really kind. She provided me with a invoice I needed and told me all the details about the room. Room is basic nice room. Good for a short stay I had. Clean. Nice coffee in common room and small nice balcony.

Cons: Termini is generaly not a nice part of the city. Toilet was small. There is no reception all the time, it is more apartment divided in rooms...but it is realy ok.

Pros: coffee machine, electric water kettle, safe environment (5 locks to go to your room ), quiet environment, friendly staff, big room, clean sheets, everyday cleaning.
