Honest review

Pros: Hotel was faultless and next door to the train/bus and tram station, staff were polite and very trust worthy even let us leave our bags on the last day after check out

Cons: only downside was the homeless outside the train station and park near the top of the street but that is no way the hotels fault defo recommend and would reuse

Safe , comfortable, great base site to explore the Rome and other cities by train.

Pros: The staff was great and very friendly. The hotel was safe and secure. I like that they give you a key fob to enter the hotel from the street, very secure. I like to location because it was close to the train station our main means of transportation on this trip. Access to the train station was just down the street, at the other end of the street a nice park to enjoy our morning coffee.

Cons: Look we had no illusions , this is not our first trip to Italy, we knew that the room would be somewhat dated ( it is not a big chain hotel), BUT it was comfortable , clean and the air conditioning worked fine.

Perfect for a short break in Rome

Pros: What a lovely little hotel, the staff were wonderful and the room was perfect for our short stay. The location was absolutely fine, it's within walking distance of a few main attractions and the metro is also nearby.

It was a fabulous location and a clean comfortable atmosphere

Pros: We enjoyed breakfast in the cafes. The receptionists were extremely helpful...VERY personable, courteous, helped out with places to eat, directions to and attractions to see. Greated us everytime we came and left the hotel . So friendly . The receptionists Camillia and Ulkar went above and beyond to make our stay incredible.

Cons: There was not anything we didn't like. 10 minute walk from Rome Terminal, grocery store down the street eateries near by, 20 minute walk to Colleseum.....and much more amenities

Pros: The location was excellent for our needs. The staff, Ulkar and Camellia were wonderful..so helpful, answering all our questions and giving tips and directions. They both went out of their way to help with future accommodations and were friendly and so personable. They were lovely to talk to and they really cared that we had an enjoyable stay.
